Self-contained and peaceful apartment, ideally located on the lower ground floor of a recently built family home, in the heart of Gruyère. Just 10 minutes from Bulle and the motorway, enjoy a peaceful setting in the countryside. Nearby, you’ll find a wealth of activities: skiing, tobogganing, snowshoeing, thermal baths, an indoor swimming pool, a lake, historical sites, walks and local cuisine… it’s all right at your fingertips! An electric vehicle charging station is available on request!

Peace and quiet, views, amenities (wood-burning stove, fully equipped kitchen, bathtub, games, books about the region, bed/changing table/high chair, yoga mat, binoculars...).

This peaceful apartment offers a relaxing stay for the whole family or friends. South-facing, a 5-10 minute walk from the village of Charmey and the ski lifts, it includes 2 bedrooms (one with a king-size bed and desk, one with 2 single beds, sofa and large TV), a shower room with toilet, a fitted kitchen with dining area, and a terrace with panoramic views. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a chalet and is accessible via an interior staircase (no lift).
