This waterfront property comes with a large deck, private dock and floating dock steps from the house. 3 bedrooms and 2 baths / a very open kitchen and living area. Master Bedroom with doors to the deck. Outdoor furniture and lounge chairs. Screened in porch with table and chairs. The deck is new February 2023. Come enjoy our 20 acre homestead with Us in the foothills of the Appalachian mountains, just a couple miles away from Lake Martin. We are also located 30 minutes away from Auburn, AL. All of the money we make from this rental will fund future projects such as purchasing our farm animals and the tools we need to harvest our own crops.
