Everything from the appliances to the light switches are new in this home, top to bottom, ceiling to floor.

The apartment/duplex is located in a quiet cove of Lake Martin, but a short distance to the big water for the perfect combination of relaxation and adventure. Back deck has small table & seating w/ a 6 seater hot tub! Minutes from the famous Kowaliga restaurant & Russell Crossroads (market, diner, horseback riding, etc) yet still secluded! Dogs welcome for a $75 pet fee per stay! Cats are NOT allowed due to allergy issues. $500 fine for parties or smoking.
