Holiday rentals with a patio in Lake Las Vegas, Henderson

Super easy all around, especially parking which was a breeze. It was 107 degrees while I was here for work but the apartment stayed nice and cool. I hope to never come to Las Vegas again lol but if I did, I would stay here.

Stayed here for my 30th birthday weekend with my mom and a couple girlfriends, and we had the best time! The location is great—super easy to get Uber Eats and rideshare drop-offs (just make sure to tell them which tower you’re in). Check-in was smooth and quick, no hiccups. The suite itself was clean, spacious, and well-stocked. The bathroom setup is gorgeous—huge plus. Even though it’s not on a high floor, the view was still nice, and honestly, it was super convenient not waiting long for elevators. The fact that there were no daily resort fees saved us a ton, especially compared to booking directly through MGM. I never was an Airbnb person for Vegas. I always wanted to be on the strip, etc., especially in college, but this was awesome because I had the space of my apartment or bigger without the extra fees and a kitchen so I’m definitely going to do it again because it’s still on the strip and part of the MGM! Would 100% stay here again

Nelson’s place was the perfect stop for us after many days of adventures in Zion & Bryce — we got in around 8:00pm and were able to wash our clothes before our flight the next morning. Super comfortable and clean. Nelson was very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again! Quiet, safe neighborhood that’s a great spot for the airport and Fremont Street.

Jordan's place was beautiful! Everything looked new! The ac was great for hot Vegas! The shower was top tier! Loved it and would stay again.

Conveniently located easy access to downtown as well as going out to Red Rocks and Mt. Charleston for hiking. Grocery store and other specialty stores within minutes.

We booked this place in the very last minute so we weren’t expecting anything. But Conway’s place is so much better than what we expected - it’s cozy, clean, at a great location (10-15 minutes drive from the strip), and quiet. We will definitely stay again if we ever come to vegas.

We definitely enjoyed our stay at Paul's place....the neighborhood was great, it was quiet and lots of stores and restaurants in driving distance. It was not far from Fremont St. Paul was very responsive whenever I had any questions. The back yard and pool area was great. I would absolutely stay again !!!! Thank you so much Paul!

Second time staying here and the experience was just as enjoyable as the first. Very beautiful place to stay , with a chill vibe and a very friendly helpful host. 0 complaints! Being able to come back to a place as nice as this after a day out in Vegas is truly a treat!

What a pleasant surprise the home we stayed in was beyond what we expected. It was absolutely beautifully cleaned such elegant comfortable furnishings, wonderful, beautiful, peaceful, backyard, and swimming pool. There were bunny rabbits and birds and hummingbirds. It was close to Lake Mead and Boulder City. It was an absolutely wonderful place to stay, very quiet peaceful neighborhood. We enjoyed ourselves very much.

One of the best AirBnb experiences I’ve had. Comfortable home and great host. Check in was easy, home was clean and tidy, and the yard, pool, and views toward the strip were all great. A perfect stay if you’re looking for a Las Vegas experience that’s not on the strip in a well-located community. Highly recommend!

My husband and I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this charming home in Henderson, Nevada! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The house was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and had a warm, inviting atmosphere that made our trip truly special. The neighborhood felt very safe and peaceful, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Our host was nothing short of amazing! Their communication was incredibly quick and helpful, promptly addressing any questions we had with warmth and professionalism. We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The location was perfect—close to everywhere we wanted to go, whether it was the Strip, Fremont Street, or nearby restaurants and shops. The place was spotless when we arrived, and everything felt fresh and well-maintained. It was a great value for the price, especially considering how convenient the location was. The bed was super comfortable too, which made coming back to rest after long days really relaxing. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful view unit in Tower 1. Have stayed a lot in MGM Signature and this was one of our favorite units!

The host was easy to communicate with and it was a good experience overall. The home was quiet and clean, and we were comfortable there.
