Waterfront holiday rentals in Lake Keowee

I’m late leaving this review but we had a wonderful stay. The place looks brand new, sparkling clean, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable. Craig and Janet couldn’t have been more friendly. We ran into Craig a few times around the property and had a really great time talking to him. We brought the boat and spent most of our days on the water. From a boating perspective, the dock is at the back of a quiet deep water cove. No worries whatsoever about water level or any kind of wake roughness, and it’s right around the corner from 18 mile creek access so drop in and take out is a breeze. It was a perfect place to retreat back to after a long day on the water. We can’t wait to come back and stay with Janet and Craig again!

Well, I didn’t personally stay at Sharon‘s place, but my mom did and she couldn’t have had more positive things to say about this property. It will be her new go to home away from home while visiting the grandkids. 10/10.

What a gem of a place. We booked this listing on a last-minute whim for MDW. Not only was it even lovelier than the pictures but it was exactly the getaway our weary souls were needing. There are few places that will calm you better than a cup of coffee on the patio. Lucia was extremely responsive, gave great and clear instructions and was very accommodating. The only draw back is the number of stairs down to the lake. The view is killer but with toddlers that made things like bathroom breaks tricky. If you’re not super mobile take that into account. Otherwise, this was a slice of paradise. The fire ring, stocked wood, and plethora of kayaks and paddle boards made this a fun weekend to remember.

Has a fabulous week at the condo, which is so close to the lake.... The most peaceful and relaxing place to stay..... We had a good time at the pool and enjoyed the local area. Wish we could have stayed for longer. Deborah was a great host.

Our daughter attends Clemson University and we decided to go to Clemson for Thanksgiving instead of her coming home to New York. We had an amazing time during our stay. We felt right at home. Tonia was very tentative to our needs. The place had everything we needed and was spotless. She suggested many places to visit during our stay. It was very peaceful and the place was immaculate with stunnung views. We will definitely stay here again when we are back to visit.

Amelia is a super host! She was always responsive, before and during our stay with clear communication about everything. She provided flexibility on check-in and check-out. The condo is about a 5 minute drive to Clemson's campus, which made it the perfect location for us to visit our son there and attend a football game. It was exactly as described/ pictured, squeaky clean, nicely updated, and quiet (on the 3rd floor). It is located in an older complex, but inside the condo has been completely updated with brand new flooring, bathrooms, countertops, appliances, etc. TVs are in every room, but you will probably not want to stay inside much....it's on the lake! We didn't get down to the lake, but we could see the lake from the balcony of the condo. Parking was always available all weekend, directly in front. Everything we could have possibly needed was there, and it was in places we would expect to find it! We are already picking dates to go back to this AirBNB! Thank you, Amelia!

Perfect house for a get away with the family. Great views of the water and the open kitchen which was very conducive for family meals. The owners were very responsive to any questions I had during our stay. Highly recommended for families visiting Clemson. Will definitely try to come back for another stay.

We had a great weekend staying at Jeff's house. Everything was clean and comfortable. There were plenty of supplies on hand. The pond has frogs, geese, and plenty of fish. We love the afternoon sounds of the bullfrogs. A very peaceful place to be. We will definitely return in the near future!

This was absolutely my favorite AirBnB that i have ever stayed in. Theresa was amazingly resposive and kind! Her property is absolutely breathetaking!! The organization and the cleanliness of her property was 5 star rating, bit the kicker was just the little things here and there that just made you feel like part of the family welcoming you home that really made it special. I will reccomend this property to every one I know going to this area! Thank you Theresa!!!

I couldn't be more pleased with my first AirBnB stay. The place was clean, inviting, and well-stocked. I wasn't expecting spices, dog toys, dog bowls, dog cot, etc. The fully fenced in yard, lake access, available kayaks, and privacy are the only things I wanted and this place sure supplied! the hot tub, outdoor shower, and firepit were huge bonuses. Also, met and talked with the neighbor who is super friendly 😉 I stayed alone the first half with my dogs and got my peace in. The second half a couple girl friends joined and we thoroughly enjoyed paddling out the this little island and throwing rocks, trying to fish, etc. Enjoying using the coloring supplies, games, and grill as well! It did storm most of the week, but even that was enjoyable! 10/10 experience for us all.

The home is very cozy and has a great view of the water even during the summer months.0 We LOVED having the grill. We made the best ribs on it one night. AWESOME!

This was our 2nd time staying here. We love it! Plenty to do for the kids. Clean, private & super fun being just a few steps from the beautiful lake. This definitely will be a family favorite lake house to rent for many trips to come. Thank you for everything!

Wonderful long weekend family stay for 7 adults and 3 children. Quiet area of Lake Keowee. Everyone enjoyed the kayaks, paddle board, hot tub, ping pong table and the views. Well equipped kitchen and plenty of room for all. Would definitely book again.

We enjoyed our stay, house is amazing

Visited for about 7 weeks...very relaxing and the views during the day and the nights over the lake are beautiful. The condo has been remodeled and everything is first class...definitely a 5 star vacation spot. We were visiting in the off season...have stay in the Tall Ship condos on many other occasions...this unit was the best! Highly recommend.

Our family enjoyed our time at Leslie’s place. Perfect location for our family trip for Clemson graduation. We had enough space and the ground floor made it perfect for the older folks. Strongly recommend staying here if visiting Clemson for any reason. If you have a specific bed requirement, you should note both the mattress and pillows were very soft. As someone who prefers a sturdier pillow and firmer mattress, I did end up using a different pillow my daughter brought us from her apartment. Outside of that I can’t say enough good things about our experience. Would 100% stay here again. Leslie is lovely.

My husband and I stayed at the Lake side Keowee Condo the last week of August. The condo looks exactly like to pictures. Kitchen was beautiful and had all that you would need. There are 2 master bedrooms. One is an ensuite with sliding doors to a small balcony that had a table and chairs. You could see the lake from the balcony . We would have breakfast out here in the morning. The living room had beautiful bay windows which also had lake view. There is a large cabinet in the living room that was stocked with games. The living room also has 2 sets of bunk beds that were like Murphy beds and folded up. We were only 2 people but condo could easily accommodate 10 people. You could walk to the pool but the beach you needed to drive to. Keowee Key is a beautiful community. It was very quiet the week we were there but we were fine with that as we were looking for peaceful few days. We did not play golf but course looked beautiful. There is also a restaurant on property

We enjoyed our stay at Kim's place. It was very convenient to our son's wedding venue on Lake Fairfield. The area is so beautiful and Kim's place was very clean, well appointed and updated. It was easy to find and easy to access per the directions. Kim was always responsive to any questions I had and the clear communication was appreciated. We would definitely book again.

Fran’s place was the perfect place for the family to stay for my son’s graduation. Very close to campus but away from the crowds. Fran’s place was clean and comfortable. The sheets and towels felt high end. I would recommend this place 100% and hope to be back! Fran was very proactive and made sure I had everything I needed for a smooth check in and check out.

The condo was absolutely spotless. Beds and linens were amazingly comfortable. Kitchen was designed well which made preparing meals so easy. We all loved how bright the condo was and the view it offered. The grounds were well maintained. We enjoyed the walking trail and the nice large pool. We also took advantage of the pickle ball courts. We went just for a long weekend but my family will definitely consider this condo for a week long vacation.
