Great location for our family gathering! Lots of bedrooms each with its own bath is a must for us. We were very thrilled with wildlife right at the Windy Point property. Like having our own private nature preserve. The Osprey were so active and some were nesting, the Great Horned Owl greeted us every morning and the baby alligators and turtles came out for sun later in the day. The number and variety of Herons was spectacular! Not to mention songbirds, Egrets, Cranes, Limpkins, Ibis, Cardinals, Swallows, on and on. Perfect place for our family to gather, make food, play board games, relax. The folks from Alaska and Michigan really appreciated the winter climate here and everyone enjoyed having a clean pool and hot tub that actually work as advertised! Went by so fast. We are keeping Windy Point in mind for a future family gathering for sure.

We loved our stay at the lake house. Backyard with pool overlooking the canal was beautiful & peaceful. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking; lots of board game options provided. We took a nice walk after dinner in their neighborhood. Amy was quick to respond with any questions we had. Will definitely stay again at her home when we come to town!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Wendy’s place! It could not have been more perfect for us. As soon as we walked in, we felt right at home. The house was spacious, beautifully decorated, light, and airy. The pool was a wonderful bonus, as was the view out over the lake. We loved the bank of windows at the back of the house that brought the outside in. In fact, we have already recommended Wendy’s place to our family for when they come to visit Avon Park.

The listing was accurate with both the pictures and the description. The pool was in great shape and we enjoyed it very much. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed. I would stay here again.

Beautiful home on lakefront with amazing views. We loved that the nearby boat ramp was accessible to launch our boat. Kids loved the game/movie room. Host was very informative and responsive throughout the stay. Highly recommend the property. We would definitely stay here again!

What a wonderful place! We were a little worried when we pulled in because the exterior was a little rough looking but what a gem when we stepped inside. Everything you need except food! Bring your poles if you like to fish. The dock is great. The upstairs lanai is lovely and very relaxing with a lake view. Super cute touches with throw pillows and decorations. Bed was comfy.

Our stay was absolutely flawless! The serene lake setting and charming home exceeded our expectations. The property was impeccably clean and matched the listing perfectly. Jennifer was an exceptional host, offering prompt responses and fantastic local tips. We’re already looking forward to returning to Lake Placid for another stay!

Amazing little getaway location. Great for unplugging from society. Hosts did a really good job at making you feel at home, with complementary snacks and coffee. Air conditioning is great in the house, and the amenities are awesome.

This home was everything anyone could want or expect.The pictures are not deceiving it's that and more.I would recommend this home to anyone and the neighbors are awesome.

We were very satisfied with both the house and the host. We rented a boat and had a great time on the lake. Paris let us use their nice wakeboard, tube and tow rope for the boat, which was really a hit with a couple of our younger guests. The porch always had a breeze and was where we all loved to hang out in the AM for coffee and the PM for conversation. The raised view of the lake from the porch was superb. We had ping pong matches and played cards. There were also many other games available. There were lots of small thoughtful details, too many to list, but really added to our experience. All had fun, and we most certainly recommend both Paris and her lovely house on Lake June!

Home was in excellent condition and our stay was very enjoyable. Would definitely consider using again for stays in the area

Our group of 9 enjoyed a comfortable stay! The house was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked, and we enjoyed playing shuffleboard and fishing in the lake. Highly Recommended!!!

Second time we have booked Cathy’s place; in town for lacrosse tournament. It was as good as the first time, and we love that the kids can walk across the street and hang out by the water. It’s also nice being so close to the boat rental down the street. Cathy’s place is stocked with everything you would need for your stay, including k-cups and beach towels.

The home was beautiful, spacious, and has everything you need to enjoy you getaway. Huge dock has wonderful views and a great place to relax or fish. Janet was super accomodating and her communication is excellent, always responding quickly. The place is really clean and up-to-date, and the neighborhood is quiet and friendly. 100% reccommend if you need a place in the area as the pictures and descriptions Janet provides on the site are accurate. We enjoyed our stay and hope to book again next summer. Thank you Janet!

We loved Daniel’s place so much that I don’t even know where to start except to say our stay was exceptional!! Don’t hesitate, book this place RIGHT NOW!! We love MCMs, and even if you don’t know what that is, this house is absolutely gorgeous and huge!! It’s spotless inside and has every single thing you could ever think of needing! It’s so beautifully furnished and is so relaxing and peaceful and in such a lovely neighborhood! The yard is an oasis!! We had coffee outside and enjoyed smelling the beautiful jasmine and seeing all the tropical plants! We had a truly awesome visit in the true sense of the word awesome. We just loved it! I think we walked around the house with our mouths hanging open when we first got there- this was an absolute jewel of an AirBnB and I just wish that we could have stayed longer! Daniel and Jeremy thought of everything and are great at giving recommendations if you need them. Super kind and knowledgeable hosts who have created a small paradise in Sebring!

Well worth it, clean and tidy great communication and hospitality. Would recommend it to anybody that wants get away for a few days.

We had a wonderful time and a great family reunion in this beautiful home. Every bedroom, bathroom and all common areas, including a terrific kitchen where immaculately clean and well appointed. The outdoor pool patio area was large and comfy with an outside kitchenette that took care of beverages and provided a grill for feeding our group. Our boat was easily tied up to a large dock, which also provided fun for the younger kids who enjoyed swinging into the lake. Watching the sunrise and set from the comfort of the screen patio was another treat. There was plenty of room for our family of 14 and God willing we’d love to return!
