Mark is an extremely responsive host. The cottage was quaint and had exactly what we needed for our stay. It was clean, and he was proactive about communication with us as well as responsive when we had questions. The area has lots of great restaurants but is still safe and quiet. We will absolutely be back as I visit the area often. Five star review!

This house was perfect for our family reunion of 10 people including two toddlers! Unfortunately, it rained the entire stay so we did not get to use all the community facilities but the house alone had plenty to do and enough room for everyone. The house is well designed, clean and uniquely decorated. The boat in the sunroom was a hit for the kids! The kitchen was very well stocked for cooking meals and group dinners. The paddle boat was easy to use to get to the close by beach. We had a wonderful stay, would come back again!

The perfect family vacation.! The house has so many awesome features that even on rainy days we all had a great time. Sylwester was the best host! So responsive and was so nice to communicate with. Any issues or questions were immediately addressed. We will definitely be staying again!

This property is large and roomy with plenty beds to go around including the basement with the pool and ping pong tables plus a home gym with various equipments. The outdoors were fantastic with a very nice temperature controlled pool, Jacuzzi, swings set for the little ones and enough acreage to have a soccer match. The neighborhood was nice and quiet in a great country setting with lots of wildlife to enjoy to include lots of singing birds. Our family reunion was a great success due in part to the before mentioned surroundings. Douglas was always available to resolve minor issues, very responsive and accommodating, thanks for making our stay at this property a great one.

I stayed here with 6 girls for my bachelorette trip and we had a great time. Location is great so much to do in the area and loved sitting out my the lake. Only thing I'd say is that the spillway is a little louder than I expected. I loved all the wildlife that we saw too.

Steven was very responsive to any questions we had. The place was beautiful and peaceful. The hot tub was well maintained. The kayaks were fun. The outdoor area was beautiful and exactly what we were hoping for regarding privacy. All amenities were as described.

Wonderful place to stay for a girls trip. Loved the choices of hot tub, sauna, and pool! Easy drive to Jim Thorpe for a day trip too!

The location of the accommodation was excellent, and I appreciated the sense of community and the activities that were provided. However, the property felt a bit dated, and the kitchen utensils and dishes were not very clean. Additionally, the outside deck could benefit from some maintenance.

The cabin is warm, cozy and comfortable. It was a perfect location for a couples weekend. The kitchen is loaded with great appliances and tools so we had a great time cooking. The sauna and hot tub are an attractive addition too, we barely left the cabin all weekend. Thanks Jermaine!

From the beginning of our journey to the conclusion of our journey Livia’s hospitality and thoughtfulness of her space we were very impressed. Squeaky clean, well stocked kitchen (just about everything you’d need) comfortable beds and clear instructions for the household are its selling points. This is our first experience with Livia’s property and it won’t be our last. We’re planning on another visit later this year because of this experience. The ratings are real people! You won’t be disappointed.

The place was great and Edward is an excelled host. He helped us out and communicated even late at night. We had a great stay and would definitely come back.

We were very satisfied with our stay. Nick replied promptly to all of my text messages and was very helpful. He usually has firewood split and stacked, but there was no more split firewood. I texted him to ask where I could go get firewood or if he had the tools so I could split it manually, but he said that we are on vacation and should relax. Within about an hour, split firewood was delivered and placed in the storage area for us! It rained every single day, but we were very thankful for the indoor activities the finished basement. There was a poker table with chips and cards, karaoke machine, basketball, table tennis, pac-man, fussball , a fitness area with a bike, yoga mat and weights. The only two things I did not like, were out of Nick's control. One was that the lake was very mucky and when I fell in 3 times, I came up smelling like manure. You can kayak on it, but I would advise not falling in. The other issue was the long line at the gate to enter the community.

Four of us humans and two pups stayed at Morgan's cozy cabin 4 nights for the Memorial Day long weekend. the living, dining, and kitchen areas are spacious for us to cook and do videos games. The cabin is located in a quiet gated community, so there were few cars passing by. We needed to check in at the entrance every time to enter the community, so we feel very safe during our stay. Also, the cabin is about 13 minutes from a huge dog park. our pups got to enjoy running around off leash going there every morning. highly recommend.

Our stay at Marina’s place was absolutely fantastic! The cabin was spotless and super cozy for my family. Marina went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, providing excellent recommendations for local restaurants/things to do and answering all of our questions prior to and during our stay. Even though it was raining pretty much our whole stay, we loved being able to relax in the sauna & hot tub! Extra points for being so welcoming of our little pup too! We highly recommend this Airbnb and would definitely book again!

Lovely, quiet location. Impeccably clean home with the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept on in a rented vacation home. Hosts were informative and responsive.

Cally's oasis checked every mini-vacation box! It was a delight to find ourselves enjoying what is clearly a lifetime collection of lovingly curated antiques. I felt like we got to know Cally's mother as we appreciated and used her beautiful, functional things. The yard felt secluded and had comfortable spots to sit and enjoy every aspect of nature, including watching a hailstorm roll in from the porch. The kitchen was fully and generously appointed, including spices and cooking oils! But very, very best of all was the wood-fired hot tub (and in a close second, the charming Turkish robes my partner and I impulsively had to purchase for ourselves WHILE SITTING IN THE HOT TUB)! It was fun and satisfying to keep the fire going and gauge the temperature, and enjoy a truly hot, hot tub that didn't make any noise or flash any lights- just gently filled the air with delicious woodsmoke! All in all, one of the finest Airbnb experiences we've ever had! Thanks Cally!

We had an unforgettable stay at this magical cabin! Izzy and Joe are amazing hosts—warm, responsive, and incredibly thoughtful. Check-in was seamless, and since late checking was requested by them , they kindly offered a late checkout, which we truly appreciated and made our departure more relaxed. The cabin itself is even better than the photos—beautifully decorated, full of natural light, and thoughtfully designed. The bedroom and sunroom with lake views quickly became our favorite cozy spots. The private island with its dreamy daybed swing and breathtaking lake views felt like a hidden paradise, and our dog loved roaming leash-free on the island. Everything in the cabin is intuitively organized, with smart controls for lighting, shades, and TV—managed via an iPad that also contains a well-designed digital guide. We’ve stayed at many cabins over the years, and this one stands out in every way. We’re already planning to return and make this special place an annual tradition

Michael was very welcoming. The farm and animals are so adorable! The house is warm and welcoming with everything you need for a lovely farm stay. We went for the annual Crawfish Festival and the house is an easy 7 minute drive to the fairgrounds. There are plenty of beautiful state parks nearby and a few access points to the Appalachian Trail. Hope to stay at Hidden Acres Farm for our next trip to the area!

Our stay at Lakeside Style and Luxury exceeded expectations. The views were spectacular. There was plenty of seating for everyone inside and out. The children enjoyed the closet of their dreams full of toys, books and puzzles. We made good use of the kayaks that Bob offered. They were the highlight of our trip. We give this house our highest recommendation.

Wish we had more time to enjoy here at the lake. The house was just what we were looking for and David was very helpful and quick to respond to our messages.

Our family and dogs had an amazing stay at this lakeside home! The location is absolutely perfect—right on the water with stunning views. We took full advantage of the kayaks, swam in the lake, and spent our evenings grilling, relaxing on the expansive patio, and unwinding by the fire pit. The house had everything we needed for a peaceful and fun getaway. The host was also excellent—very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for a relaxing escape

Our stay here in Newburgh was lovely! This place was well-stocked, very very clean, fabulously eclectic, and spectacularly spacious! We loved having two restrooms and being so close to the river and to Hudson Taco!! As the Host mentions, do carefully consider how much you care about “neighbor noise.” While I brought slippers to kindly observe the “no shoes in the house” rule, the tenants above us rudely did not. We couldn’t hear voices, but the heavy footsteps kept us awake until 1 o’clock in the morning on a weeknight and woke us up at 6:30 AM on Saturday morning. The dog scampering around or crying and whining loudly every time it was left alone in the house was also hard to bear despite our bringing ear plugs. We would 100% stay again if Sarah would kindly have us. We’re sure to have more considerate neighbors next time. Thank you for creating such a lovely space at an affordable rate.
