The house was just as pictured, felt at home from the minute we walked in. Located in a gated community, there was private beaches, lake access, walking trails, other activities and much more, all inside the community! Felt safe and at home. Would definitely stay again!

Jill's place is incredible! The pictures dont do it justice. Since the tornado happened as shown in the photos, the land has been cleared for the most part and when I stayed i could see and hear the creek from the porch. I could have sat on the porch forever! It was so peaceful and beautiful. Even though there were other apartments, it was extremely private. I never really saw or heard anyone else. The neighborhood is very quiet and pleasant but there is still plenty to do and within about 5 minutes of Walmart and restaurants. My favorite place in the village was Balboa lake with a private beach and a nice waterfall plus a great restaurant called Sunset Grill. It's about a 20 minute drive to downtown Hot Springs with minimal traffic and definitely worth it to be outside of the city and in a quaint & private area. Another great thing, the bed was very comfortable! Price is very reasonable! Jill is incredibly kind and was helpful with any questions i had. I can't say enough great things!

Perfect place for a weekend get away. We are looking to buy a house in the local area and wanted to try it out first. I think we're sold! We loved walking the trail to the Cafe across the cove right on the water. The place worked perfect for us! Everything was just as described and pictured. Great communication.
