This place is beautiful, a few spacious areas around the home to hangout with everyone you stay with. Beds were extremely comfortable! Would definitely come back and stay again!

I loved staying at Maria's place. It was close to most areas I had to go to, 10 minutes away from the airport and was a little haven in the middle of Long Beach. The owners were very nice and helpful. It had all the amenities I needed, with a tastefully decorated apartment. I definitely would stay there again!

From start to finish, it was a great experience. The building is very secure and there is even a cute little story right outside the front entrance that sells delicious snacks.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay we will rent this Airbnb property again very soon.

From day one it was like a home from home. Centrally located, well equipped, even though we didn’t use most of the amenities as the restaurant’s are close and great. The house provided an excellent base with everything you need. I would recommend to anyone staying in the area and would look to stay again should we be lucky enough visit Surf City again. Staying at Carlos’s place was perfect for us. The place was spotless and the neighborhood pristine. Shops and restaurants were in walking distance with a nice variety to choose from. If we had questions, Carlos was easy to get in touch with. I’d definitely stay here again.

What a wonderful place to stay. Right in the Bowl of San Clemente, within less than 10 minute walk to the pier and great Bear Coast coffee in the mornings and 2 blocks from Avenida Del Mar with cute shops and excellent restaurants. The apartment was super clean and had everything we needed. Our favorite part of the place was the deck -- 2nd floor, facing the ocean. We spent more time out on the deck than inside. Perfect to read, work, eat. Manny was a great host and we plan on returning next year!

Aaron was always responsive and friendly. The house is spacious and had an equipped kitchen. Everything went well!

Udo was a fantastic host and provided everything we needed. He was extremely accommodating, and the house was absolutely amazing. The backyard was the perfect spot to relax and soak in the beautiful California weather. I would definitely recommend this home!

We felt right at home during our stay at the lovely studio. Mary and Kleber were fantastic hosts. We loved how peaceful and quiet the place was. It has a full kitchen and bathroom, a washer/dryer combo, a private entrance, and an assigned parking spot. I will certainly revisit when I'm back in town.

I had a fantastic stay! The location was perfect—close to everything I needed and easy to get around. The place itself was super comfortable, clean, and had everything I needed to feel at home. What really stood out, though, was the service. Robert was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and made sure everything went smoothly. My second stay, great great location, clean and cozy, easy check in and out, parking spot near the elevator to secured building (rare to have parking in dtlb included). Felt safe, would definitely stay again.

Maxime was a wonderful host, incredibly responsive and attentive, often checking in to see how I was doing or if I needed anything. The space was exactly as described, with an absolutely incredible view of downtown Los Angeles. It was clean, quiet, and very cozy. Perfect for a guest or two. I would definitely stay here again. At night the view was just perfect. Access to the building gym was a highlight, plus with a heated pool and hot tub on the same level was the cherry on the cake.

Geri’s place was perfect and just as described in the listing. Her space was well decorated and very clean. We loved the location. We highly recommend and would love the opportunity to stay here again during our next visit!

We've stayed here three times now — that should speak for itself! My daughter is a musician, and on her first trip to LA we stayed at a Hilton hotel. This Airbnb is not only more affordable, but infinitely better. The kitchen is fully equipped, the laundry is convenient, and the building has great amenities like a gym, pool, and secure parking. The host is super responsive and made everything easy from check-in to checkout. Highly recommend!
