This place was absolutely AMAZING!!!! Derek was a great host and very responsive and informative with his instructions. It was the perfect townhouse, location, experience, and environment for a getaway!

Great place to stay! Super short walk to the beach, shops, restaurants and coffee. Description in listing was spot on. House is located on a busy street with lots of nightlife on the weekends (as stated in description). We always bring a white noise machine and noise cancelling ear plugs so wasn’t a huge deal for our family. I definitely got a great leg workout in going up and down the stairs haha! But the space was comfy and we spent most of time on the beach anyway! The host was incredibly responsive with any questions and provided detailed instructions. Would definitely book again!

Our family of five just wrapped up a fantastic stay at Anthony’s house and we couldn’t ask for anything more! From the moment we walked in, we were struck by how absolutely immaculate the house was - sparkling clean and beautifully maintained. The location is truly unbeatable. We loved being within easy walking distance to the restaurants and shops, yet the street itself was wonderfully quiet. Plus we were just a block from the beach! We had a wonderful time and would definitely com back!

Edmunds place was a super nice stay in one of our favorite beach towns! You could see and hear the ocean from either of the balconies and some windows. Other than the remote being harder to use and the steps there wasn’t much that was inconvenient about the stay. We would definitely stay again!

The location was great - close to all the locations our family needed to get to. The space is clean and had everything we needed. I do wish there was one additional heater so that we could have one in each bedroom plus the living room (we had to keep bringing one up and down). The parking space is pretty tight but did fit our car, everyone had to just get out before getting the car in. Laura was super responsive!

Beautiful place and a great location, close to all the hotspots. We had a really great time and would definitely recommend this place.

Sean is a great host. The space is very clean. Beds were comfortable. It was easy to get in and out. It has all the amenities. We felt very at home. If we are ever in the area again, we would definitely stay here! Thanks to Sean for the excellent communication and a great place to stay.

Perfect space for our Disneyland vacation (myself, husband, and two adult sons). Spacious, comfortable, and close walk to Downtown Disney! Median between the one-way north and south directions on Walnut Street made it easy to cross and get to Magic Way! Decorations adorable and lots of toys amenities for younger children! Great to be able to enter Disneyland via Monorail and avoid crowds at front entrance! Would definitely stay here again!

Loved staying here! The apartment is in the perfect spot for access to the pool, less than 1 minute walk! Convenient parking, nice apartment, and had all the essentials (including an extra phone charger!)!

Loved the space! It was super clean and comfortable, and the street parking was super easy. Didn’t need to communicate with Hunter as the instructions were clear and easy to follow. Highly recommend this space and will definitely stay again.

Cherie’s condo was perfect for our stay, and she was a wonderful host, responding to our questions quickly and offering suggestions for our stay. Her place is spotlessly clean and in a great area, close enough to take day trips to both San Diego and the LA area, with excellent proximity to gorgeous beaches and great restaurants. If we ever get back to the area, we would definitely stay in Cherie’s place again!

Stephan's place was great! Centrally located, close to downtown Fullerton with lots of restaurants, shops and bars. Also next to a beautiful park. The unit was clean and welcoming, it was quiet, had a private garage, great air-conditioning and had everything we needed for our weekend stay. Stephan was the ultimate host - thoughtful and proactive with instructions and ensuring that we got into the unit okay. I highly recommend both the unit and the host!

Great condo and location! Clean, organized, and well positioned. I enjoyed the peace and quiet that the condo offered. It was also close to shops, restaurants, and many outdoor activities. The team was responsive, informative, and thorough in their communicate and engagement with me. Everything was easy. Johnny I look forward to my next visit.

John was a very responsive host and very friendly, though we didn't interact much during our stay, I always knew if I needed anything he would be extremely responsive. My only gripe about the house is the cleanliness. The house was generally clean and comfortable, however, there were a lot of spiderwebs everywhere, some mold can be seen in the showers and in the dishwasher. My family and I were not able to utilize the back yard at all because there were a lot of spiderwebs and bugs. Overall, the stay was nice and comfortable, and even though we shared the same house as the host, we had our privacy. The location was perfect, less than 10 minutes away from the Little Saigon area and 15 min to Disneyland!

Enjoyed our visit to Long Beach. Ron’s place had everything we needed and anticipated. Ron was highly responsive to questions and needs. We always found parking in front of the house. We loved the access to parks and neighborhoods as we took walks with our grandson. We would recommend Ron’s place.

We had a great time staying here! The studio is located right in the downtown area of Newport Beach with the water and lots of restaurants a few steps away! We came for our honeymoon and the studio was the perfect amount of space for two people. The balcony was really nice to have as well! We did wish there was a dresser so we didn’t have to live out of suitcases, but everything else was awesome!

It was our second time staying with Kye and as expected it was exceptional! Property was as advertised, he is always prompt with his response and willing to give a helping hand. We had an extra vehicle and he was able to help us secure a second spot without a charge. Truly the experience you would want from a host. Wishing you well Kye! Hope to visit again soon!

Wally's place was spacious and had a well equipped kitchen. The kitchen had all the necessary items to cook with. Well stocked. The bathroom had been recently remodeled and was very functional. The bedroom was large and had enough storage with a nice size closet for clothing. Loved the living room as it was also very spacious. There was a nice front patio with tables and chairs to sit outside and enjoy the nice weather. The location was close to the beach and was located on a quiet street. Wally was very responsive to all our needs. He even let us come earlier than the check in time. Would recommend his place for future stays.

We were in town for a wedding over Memorial Day weekend and had a great stay. The beds were super comfortable. The bathroom and shower were supplied and clean. The full kitchen was perfect for all of our needs. The neighborhood was very safe with nice amenities within a very short walking distance. Sage was very responsive, too! Highly recommend.

We love this location and this was our second visit to this home. It is close to restaurants, shopping, and the university. It is also just a short drive to downtown and the beach. Highly recommend!

I took my parents to visit Pasadena and stayed at Vivian’s place. We felt right at home. The townhouse was a little challenging to upstairs and downstairs, so the bedroom on the first floor was a little difficult to use. Other than that, everything was great. Vivian was very responsive and always answered the message quickly and helped answer our questions. The location is excellent, very walkable to many shops and restaurants. It is quiet at night too. Overall we had a good time!

PERFECTION, SURPRISES, AND A HINT! Impeccable townhouse with Disney touches, a warm and responsive host, multiple swimming pools with a large hot tub, and right across the street from the theme parks' property -- this place is perfect for families! The kitchen was impressive with everything needed: prep items, baking sheets, large pots and pans, multiple food storage containers, and even a small air fryer! The BBQ has been upgraded from charcoal to propane gas. And the TV's now have Netflix plus other choices. The hint on walking to Disney is to follow Anna's instructions but before turning on W Magic Way, to cross that street first as the direction signs are posted on the far side of the street. There are signs to Downtown Disney, with shorter bag check and security lines and where the monorail is, and then also to Pixar Pals Parking Garage, which has a tram to and from the area between Disneyland and California Adventure.

We had a great stay at David’s place. It’s really spacious and tastefully decorated. It was a nice touch to have in house toiletries, and a cupboard with tea and oil and all the little things that make you feel at home. The location is perfect, one street back from Newport beach which is stunning. There’s enough room for a few couples or two families to feel like they’re at home and have lots of space. The cute terrace is great too. There are loads of nearby restaurants - some easily walkable. We loved our stay!
