W/ stove ,,microwave,toilet, shower, coffee maker ,toaster ,pans,wi fi , tv gets 30 plus stations ,fridge / freezer, A.C. ,heat ,2 queen beds all linens included . This is a cozy camper, sitting in our back yard facing our country wooded property, very quiet. Very nice view of the woods. Very nice area for a fire to sit around. No winter rentals. About 7 miles from Chautauqua institution, 2 miles from Chautauqua lake and 5 miles midway park. 8 miles from Lake Erie and wineries, 9 miles from lily dale. Check out our other campers as well.
