We purchased the building in 2015 from a local attorney who was retiring and the space was used as an office building for his firm. Our vision from the onset of our purchase of The Historic Hilliard Building was to remodel it into 18 beautiful loft style apartments. We worked tirelessly with the city and the contractors to achieve this dream and begin a new journey in this endeavor.
