The Kleinwalsertal offers beautiful hiking trails in summer, in winter it is a snow paradise for winter sports enthusiasts and families.

The "Schlosssee-Arkaden" building complex, built in 2021 in the center of Salem / Lake Constance district, is directly adjacent to the popular Schlosssee nature park. On the ground floor there is an Edeka market, a drugstore, a bakery with café and a pizzeria. The upper floors are reserved for apartments. The offered 2-room apartment is located on the 2nd floor and is accessible by elevator. It is assigned a private parking space in the in-house underground car park.

We have lovingly renovated our house from 1608. At the very top, under the roof, sits the studio, with breathtaking views. The garden with fireplace may be shared. Sports equipment such as SUP is also included. A motorboat and our private sauna can be used for a fee. Daily price list incl. 7% VAT plus local tourist tax TV set, double bed, bathroom with shower and toilet, balcony, as well as a well-equipped single kitchen. The price includes electricity, water, heating, bed linen, hand and bath towels as well as tea towels. Final cleaning up to 6 nights optional by the landlord: surcharge 30,- €. From 7 nights this is included.

Summer Mountain railway ticket 2025 (Allgäu Walser Premium Card) included! The modern vacation home is situated on a quiet road in Tiefenbach, Oberstdorf Allgäu. You will find the tourist info, restaurants and a public bus stop close by. Please be aware that the community Oberstdorf charges a tourist tax which needs to be paid locally!

Take a break and relax in this peaceful oasis near Lake Constance between Wangen and Lindau. By car, you can reach the beautiful, medieval town of Wangen in 10 minutes and by bike on idyllic bike paths in 30 minutes. Start directly from the house on the Bodensee-Königsseeradweg and you can reach Lindau in about 40 minutes by bike.
