From the house you can walk about 10-15 minutes to the lake, there is the outdoor swimming pool, the spa, sauna as well as a beautiful sunbathing lawn. For walking or jogging like cycling, you can go to the vineyards or to the lake. The house has a parking space. A supermarket such as a bakery is within walking distance within 3-5 minutes, as is a snack bar.

Welcome to our home on a stream in Turbenthal. The house was built in 2017 and is very modern. There is a communal playground and children are very welcome. There are three free parking spots. The house overlooks a beautiful stream and there are beautiful walks, hikes and cycling straight from the house. Migros and Coop supermarkets are walking distance. The house is under 5 mins walk from the train station, Zurich is 47 mins by train and Winterthur 25 mins away. Trains are every 30 mins.
