House holiday rentals in Lake City

This property is utterly blissful! The home is luxurious, comfortable, and fully stocked with thoughtful amenities. Every surface, inside and out, was sparkling clean and well cared for. The property is serenely beautiful, and the views will take your breath away. The pool was the finest of any Airbnb pool we have ever had the pleasure of enjoying: pristine, well heated, and meticulously cared for by a kind gentleman who went above and beyond to ensure perfection. The sunsets over the fire pit are priceless. Correspondence with the host was immediate, helpful, and friendly. We are verklempt! Thank you sincerely for sharing this treasure with us!

Brooke was a fabulous hostess for us and a very prompt communicator before and during our stay. The house was clean, well maintained, and check in was easy upon arrival. The check out instructions were simple and easy to follow. I would say the house sleeps 8 adults very comfortably with 3 fun bedrooms, a loft, and a dayroom off the pool; we squeezed in 10 and it was sufficient. We had plenty of bathroom space for all the ladies, which was a plus! The hot tub and pool were wonderful amenities. The price felt a bit high but it was a fabulous, well-worth it choice for our bachelorette who loves all things vintage.

Linda's place was fantastic - as was Linda. She was incredibly responsive and worked really hard to get the pool up and running as quickly as possible during our stay (a gift considering the unusually hot weather we had in early May during our stay). The house was immaculate and had everything we needed in terms of kitchen supplies, toys for the kids, linens, and plenty of spaces for people to relax and unwind. We loved it so much we are hoping to either return to Linda's place one day or get a place of our own in Chippewa Falls.

Yesenia's Bright House was spacious, accomodating, and offered a lot, A LOT, of lights. There were a lot of beds, sofas and chairs, and gave ample space to relax in. I definetely recommend this place as it is close to food, stores, and pretty easy to locate in Saint Paul, MN.

We had a great time and really enjoyed the house! It’s centrally located, yet quiet at night, and the neighbors we ran into were very friendly. Our kids loved the heated pool (and the amazing pool toys!), and it was great being so close to the lake - each morning we walked the path/sidewalk to spot eagles and other wildlife. One night, we built a bonfire in the solo stove - super fun. Beau was also very communicative and responsive. Definitely a trip to remember!

Tiffany was extremely responsive and communicated very well! The home was beautiful, especially with the outdoor views. Such a great place to stay at.

For an extended stay, this home fits the bill. It is in a very handy location with restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, etc., only a few blocks away. The home is new & in a new area, where the properties are nice , very well maintained & managed. Allison, our coordinator did a very good job of answering our questions any time we called her . If available, we would definitely stay there again should we ever need an extended stay in Rochester.

Perfect home for a larger family or group! We really enjoyed our time at Mindy’s home. There was plenty of space for everyone and the pool and hot tub were bonuses! We were in town for a wedding and Mindy was very flexible with check-in and very responsive and kind. Beautiful location with a ballpark right across the street. Highly recommended, Thank you!

Great location coupled with fantastic accommodations. Very clean, awesome kitchen, nice patio. Very home like. Everything you need is provided for a weekend or week long stay.

Patricia’s place was perfect for our group! Three very spacious and comfortable bedrooms. Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. We especially enjoyed outdoor family meals in the lovely private backyard to start and end our days. Other highlights include lounging in the backyard, gathering around the fire pit, sitting in the beautiful outdoor sauna, and enjoying a movie in the living room. The area is very walkable to downtown shops, coffee and ice cream. There are several casual restaurants but we opted to cook. The fishing was also great on lake pepin and Patricia’s back patio was equipped with a gas grill which was perfect for our fish dinner. We will definitely return to Lake City and welcome the opportunity for future rentals at Patricia’s lake house. Her place is top notch and one of the nicest rentals we have stayed in for our summer family trips!

We stayed the weekend for a wedding and had a wonderful experience! We were specifically looking for a dog-friendly place, and their home checked all the boxes. Doug and Cara were incredibly friendly and responsive both before and during our stay, which made everything smooth and stress-free. The house is perfect for anyone who appreciates the unique feel of older homes. It was cozy and functional, and the master bedroom, where we stayed, was spacious with plenty of room to set up our two dog kennels! One thing to note: you do need to walk through the master bedroom to access the second bedroom, and the second room doesn’t have a door. This wasn’t an issue for us, but sharing for guests who may need more privacy. Overall, a great stay in a cozy and pet-friendly home. Highly recommend!

Great space and views towards the river. River access not far away. We kayaked near there and Gina /Troy had several U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service maps available. So much to do and see nearby so rain and chilly weather wasn't a deterrent. We only encountered very friendly and helpful people. Great place to explore.

Charles was so thoughtful even allowing me to check in a day early when I had an unexpected schedule change. The home was immaculate and so quiet. I loved sitting on the porch and watching the birds, even saw a pair of Baltimore Orioles! I stayed here twice and would love to come again if I’m back in the area.

This place was beautiful inside and out. On two acres of nicely wooded area. Morning coffee outside on the patio you may catch a few deer go by. Close to all the amenities you want or need. Communication was great!! Would highly recommend this home and the host!

It’s the perfect getaway. Very cozy, has a great bathtub and a very comfortable bed. It’s small but was just perfect for my weekend getaway. I would definitely stay here again.

We so enjoyed our stay at this home in Lake City! It was perfect for a girls getaway. The backyard is beautiful with sun and shade options. We walked into town each day for coffee and lunch along the lake. Definitely recommend this home for your stay!

Mallory’s place was a wonderful retreat for our family of four over a long weekend. The grounds are beautiful - we took lots of walks, did some fishing, and enjoyed the trampoline. Being able to bring our dogs along huge plus. Having complimentary coffee and a few adult beverages was a nice addition.

We had a wonderful stay! Loved the view of the river, even saw a river cruise boat and several barges. The grands loved the room with 5 beds and the huge shower! Will definitely stay here again!

The view was outstanding and the host was great: very responsive, great with "housewarming" provisions, etc. The accomodations were comfortable for our 3-generation group of 10. The driveway was a bit scary (but that comes with the view!). For us it seemed like off-season, and so the prices seemed a bit high, but for all those ice-fisherman (we had no idea that it would still be going strong), I suppose it was still high season. Two of our group managed to get out for a run 2 out of the 3 mornings we were there. But be aware there is no shoulder on the highway right at the house. We enjoyed the shops that were open in the town of Stockholm, and walking out on the river/lake there. We also enjoyed a hike up at Maiden Rock bluff trail.

Stayed here for a wedding I attended at Twin Bluffs Farm and it was PERFECT! A beautiful home in a gorgeous private setting. Would love to come back to enjoy the space again!

The location was very peaceful and beautiful. We did a girls weekend and had plenty of space. The kitchen is VERY spacious and we had plenty of space to do some crafts. We visited the Forestville Winery, Vino in the Valley, Garden Divas and the Ellsworth Coop for some yummy cheese curds!! The Rush River is a short hike from the house and very beautiful. We enjoyed looking for rocks!! The drive way is long and steep, however, a very pretty drive. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit! Thank you Mark!!

We stayed for a guys golf weekend and had a great time. The home was extremely clean, just like the pictures advertised with scenic unobstructed river views. Enjoyed the ping pong table for some fun games. Hosts provided lots of recommendations to check out in the area and were friendly and responsive. Would stay again when in the area.

We had a great time staying here! The house is truly beautiful! The backyard was wonderful for yard games and a fire! We so loved the local treats they had left for us upon arrival! So thoughtful and generous! As others have said - the pictures don’t do it justice! One thing to note - it is a on busy road so there is some noise from traffic - but never too loud that we couldn’t sleep ok! Would highly recommend staying here and we hope to come again!
