Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Lake City

Morgan’s place was perfect! We loved the Jack & Jill bathroom and appreciated having plenty of towels & linens. Parking was easy and the location was walkable to restaurants and shopping. We had a great stay and look forward to returning when we travel to TC again.

We had a great time, definitely a cozy stay, enjoyed the paddleboat, our kids lived being on the lake as well. we recommend this guest suite and look forward to staying again!

Adorable place in a convenient location. It was perfect for a short-term stay for 2 people. Very clean and well taken care of. Host was very proactive and responsive. No issues at all. I will definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at Andrew's and didn't want to leave. It was very clean, easy to check in, and exactly what we needed after spending the day at Sleeping Bear Dunes. The continental breakfast that was available was one of the best parts and it really made it easy for us to relax the night before and not worry about breakfast. We definitely want to come back and stay again in the future.

Mark is a very responsive and relaxed host that cares about his guests’ experiences, both in his accommodations and out and about in the local area. The space was clean, relaxed and comfortable and we loved our two nights there. This space is perfect for a getaway to Traverse City and the surrounding area.

Great location with a super host. Only small issues — no freezer for the ice pad we need for a knee issue and, the bed, though comfortable is insanely high — even with a step stool was tough for my five foot wife to get in and out of. Super thick mattress plus a couple inch topper. Incredibly well stocked and super clean. Parking was a breeze and the front deck was a real nice bonus. Wonderful experience.

This was our second stay at Ken and Rhonda’s. It is still as nice as we remembered. It was very clean- which is always appreciated. Our dogs loved laying outside and listening to the birds. Thank you for a peaceful place to stay up north!

Location was perfect for all of the up north adventures like sleeping bear dunes, Leelanau Peninsula, hiking, golfing, and of course Lake Michigan. This spot was a perfect quiet retreat at the end of the busy days, and had stunning views! I would happily stay here again.

We loved staying here! The place was cozy and peaceful and we felt at home right away. The area was quiet with very few neighbors. Sarah thought of everything, including food/water bowls and treats for our pup! The highlight was the fully stocked kitchen - we cooked most meals during our stay and whenever we realized we forgot something, it seemed to magically appear in a kitchen drawer. We would love to return next time we take a trip to the area!

Great property and friendly community! We utilized the grill and lots of outdoor yard games. The host was responsive and helpful the entire stay!

Sean’s place truly feels like a home away from home. It’s thoughtfully designed with unique touches that make it stand out. The amenities are great—from waterfront access to a sauna by the dock, perfect for a refreshing swim-to-sauna experience. The location is also incredible. We loved exploring nearby towns, discovering an organic winery, and relaxing at local breweries that offer stunning views of Lake Michigan. Sean was an exceptional host—welcoming, responsive, and genuinely hospitable. We’re already looking forward to coming back in another season. If you’re considering this stay, don’t hesitate—book it! We cannot say enough good things about your stay & Beth! My family was in town for our wedding & Beth was more than accommodating with early check in so we could get things going! While I had a busy weekend as the bride, Beth sent multiple messages checking in on us & letting us know if we needed anything to just reach out! Even my mother mentioned how amazing that the home had everything stocked & we didn’t need to bring a thing! Something that not every Airbnb offers. The home looked right out at the water, it was updated and such stunning features, lots of spacious areas & rooms, and truly the perfect place to reset during a busy weekend! We hope to stay with Beth at this stunning home again on our next trip to Traverse!

Overall the stay was amazing!! Just watching the sunset and watching the sunrise. Was so beautiful, it felt just like home I even wnt zipping in Boyne and the drive up there was beautiful. I will be back Thank you my husband birthday was perfect

We LOVE the location of Lisa’s condo! We enjoyed walking to many fine restaurants (The Omelette Shoppe, Archie’s Social House and Poppycocks to name a few) and shops downtown!! A short drive to Glen Arbor, Charlevoix, and Petoskey! About Lisa’s condo… it’s an ideal home away from home! Loved all the thoughtful touches throughout! We liked the convenience of having a washer & dryer as well!!

Lovely place at the commons! Great space and great vibe

Modern/new building. Friendly people that are living there/other Air BNB users. Nicely appointed Condo. Love the huge windows and dark blinds. Very clean and was well stocked. Very comfortable bed. Mostly quiet. You don’t hear other residents at all. Occasionally get road noise or planes from the nearby airport, but not disturbing enough to sleep. Very comfortable and enjoyed the Condo. However, that tight parking lot is a nightmare. You get ONE assigned parking spot. There are NO visitor parking spots. Unless you drive a Chevy Spark, plan on your doors getting dinged/gouged. I have never seen a lot with such narrow spots. When we arrived, there was a Pick Up on one side, and a Jeep on the other. I drive a midsize car, and my tires were barely inside the white lines. You can’t get out of your vehicle without your doors resting on the vehicle next to you. Obviously, this is at no fault of the Air BNB host, however I won’t be staying there again because of the parking situation.

Kara was an outstanding host. She was very quick to respond throughout the entire process from questions prior to booking through the end of our stay. Having never visited Traverse City before she left us with many recommendations, some of which we checked out and really enjoyed. The unit is as clean and nice as detailed. You can’t beat the views and the beach is beautiful as well. We would be happy staying with Kara again.

Jesse was a great host and we enjoyed staying at their place! We appreciated the private beach to play at and the pool was well maintained. There were plenty of food and entertainment options that Jesse recommended in their binder, and all were fantastic choices. The views were amazing from the living room/patio, and it felt very private. We couldn’t see any other guest and did not hear neighbors. It was very peaceful being on site and we could definitely see about renting the place again in the future! Jesse was a great host, communicated early and often, and made sure our stay was a pleasant one. Overall, great experience and thank you for letting us stay at your lovely home!

Beautiful spacious, comfortable and well equipped condo. Traffic noise was noticeable but lake view was pretty. Host was extremely responsive to unexpected issue in unit (shower door glass breakage). Overall highly recommend!

I had a wonderful stay. The place was nice, clean, updated, easy to check in and i felt very safe during my stay. I would definitely recommend staying here instead of a hotel room.
