It is located 12 minutes from the village of Chapala, 10 minutes from the village of Mezcala, 20 minutes from the village of Mezcala, 20 minutes from the town of Ajijic and 35 minutes from the intl. airport of Guadalajara. Great weather year-round year-round.

Casa Con Comfortable

You’ll have use of our palapa and heated pool, and we have great restaurants nearby. Villa Nova is a lovely neighborhood west of the village. Our friendly dogs, Chaquita and Rosie, will want a hello, but you can close the gated garden area for privacy. You will have a refrigerator, hot plate, coffee pot, microwave, dishes, and grill. No children under 12, please, because of the pool. The suite is perfect for 1 to 4 people, not any more than 4.
