Mulberry Tree Cottage

On the northern shore of Lake Balaton, in the picturesque Lovas, our guests can relax in a village environment in a Provence-style, 19th century stone house, its garden and pool. The ruins of a 200-year-old barn accommodate the garden dining and lounge area. In the tastefully furnished, comfortable house with a cathedral-like living-kitchen, the guests will feel at home and at ease. Paloznak, Csopak, Balatonfüred are a few minutes' drive away. Alsóörs can be reached with a comfortable walk.

The 180m2 exclusive home is the perfect place for friendly families to relax together. The house has 3 double bedrooms, as well as a separate children's room with a bunk bed and a pull-out sofa bed. Our 45m2 private terrace is an ideal place for barbecuing, ping-pong matches. Our own 110m2 enclosed sports field is for active recreation. The living room-kitchen area is also more than 60m2, so even in bad weather, you can spend time in a great atmosphere, even by the fire in the fireplace.

Lehet horgászni , sokféle madár hangjában gyönyörködni vagy a szarvasok bőgését hallgatni. Nagy gonddal alakítottuk ki ezt a különleges szálláshelyet. Remek kirándulóhelyek vannak a közelben. De ha valaki a város nyüzsgésére vágyik, a közelben van Siófok, a Balaton parti üdülő város, ahol sokféle szórakozási és vásárlási lehetőség van.

Our house offers a quiet retreat in the middle of orchards, vines, and fields, where you don't have to give up on modern and clean comfort. The landscape shows a different face in every season, the house can be booked all year round. If you just want silence, you don't have to move out, the sun goes around the building, it's impossible to enjoy the beauty of the neighborhood and the view. We can only accommodate 2 people in our house, we cannot accommodate children (0-16 years)

A közelben túraútvonalak, strandok, borászatok és számos program vár. Ideális pároknak, kisebb baráti társaságoknak és családoknak is. Örvényes is a wonderful place to retreat yet close to the beach, Tihany, market, restaurants etc. The house is top of the hill, where it's wonderful view to the Lake Balaton, Tihany and Sajkod bay. A dirt road leads to the garden, where there is no fence, wild animals (boar, deer, fox, rabbit,pheasant) are regular visitors to the garden at dawn. the house was built on a 300-year-old cellar, a stylish bathroom and room were designed in the basement.

Small cottage with big garden and traditional wood burning tile stove for 1-3 people by the woods in the heart of Balaton Uplands NP, in a secluded tiny village, 15 kms from Balaton and the thermal lake of Hévíz. Hiking trails start a couple of steps away, ideal also for biketours. On a min. 2 day prior notice dinner/breakfast basket available. Pls note that a local tourism tax of HUF 700/pers/day is payable at site.
