The building is a semi-detached house, half of which is the Klára vacation home, which can be rented for a maximum of 4-6 people. The vacation home is separated from the other semi-detached house by a huge fig tree and lush vegetation. The vacation home has three rooms with separate entrances and two bathrooms. The kitchen is equipped. We can provide a crib, a high chair, and a baby bathtub upon request. Guests have the option of barbecuing in the garden.

In the residential area of Siófok, in a peaceful environment, one minute from the motorway exit, yet in a quiet location, we await those who want to relax on the upper floor of our family house. Enclosed courtyard, shopping centre nearby (TESCO, PENNY, ALDI), waterfront 1.5 km away, everything is easily accessible by car and bicycle. From 1 July 2021, our valued guests are required to pay a tourist tax. This applies to guests over 18 years of age. The tax rate is 750 HUF/night/person This must be paid in cash to the accommodation provider.

Apartman "C" is around 80m2, with 1 bedroom on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms upstairs. Kitchen is equipped with dishwasher and the bathroom with washing machine. One of the upstairs rooms has two single beds and a double sofa bed. The other upstairs room is a living room with a sofa bed and can comfortably accommodate an extra cot. In the garden there is a possibility to grill and cook, the garden door opens to the bicycle path around Lake Balaton.

There are fridge, microwave oven, toaster, coffee machine, heating, hairdresser, iron, closed parking place, blowing machine, garden furnitures, barbecue facility . coffee ,tea, jams -naturist beach 500m from the house -there is a free beach nearby the house,very simple, but 2 minutes on foot :)

Beautiful and spacious terrace with beautiful views of Lake Balaton.

There are 4 newly built studio apartments in the courtyard. Parking is free for one car; if you come with two cars, there is more space a few houses away. I'd like a towel, please. In the kitchen, there is a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, pots, plates and cutlery.
