Casa Marmota is a renovated cabin, where you can connect with nature inside the forest and relax listening to the river and birds. The house has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a campfire area, a whirlpool tub, a barbecue area, an outdoor dining room, a TV room, and internet. It is located just a 3-minute drive from Avandaro's main street. You'll need to go down several steps to get to the house, as it's located in front of the river. Not suitable for people with limited mobility or older adults.

You can leave the house to walk, jog or take a bike ride to ride in the mountains. The house is a very good size, it has a huge garden of 5000 m2 with a beautiful view of the mountains, it has an aqueduct and a beautiful pond, a campfire area, a barbecue to prepare roasted meats, an indoor and outdoor fireplace to enjoy with the family!

A spacious and cozy place to enjoy the panoramic lake view with family or friends, with an incredible pool, BBQ area, game room, rooms with lake view, equipped kitchen, two living rooms, and a comfortable covered terrace to spend time together enjoying unique sunsets. The house has a maximum capacity for 20 guests, none of the amenities are shared and it has excellent privacy.

It is ideal for two couples, for a family intending to stay for a long time or for a small group of friends or for people who needs to stay in Valle De Bravo because of an special event like a wedding.
