La arquitectura es similar a la de una hacienda antigua pero recién remodelada con todos las comodidades de la actualidad. Cuenta con una Terraza elegante equipada con asadores Green Egg, Weber, sistema de sonido Sonos, mesa, barra y una cómoda sala de estar. La alberca y Jacuzzi se climatizan.

Casa Marmota is a renovated cabin, where you can connect with nature inside the forest and relax listening to the river and birds. The house has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a campfire area, a whirlpool tub, a barbecue area, an outdoor dining room, a TV room, and internet. It is located just a 3-minute drive from Avandaro's main street. You'll need to go down several steps to get to the house, as it's located in front of the river. Not suitable for people with limited mobility or older adults.

It is ideal for two couples, for a family intending to stay for a long time or for a small group of friends or for people who needs to stay in Valle De Bravo because of an special event like a wedding. Se puede solicitar apoyo en cocina con costo extra disponible de 9:00 am a 5:00 pm. * La casa se ubica en la parte alta de La Peña, hay que subir algunas subidas empedradas.
