Enjoy a large garden, outdoor dining area, and lounge with umbrellas. Parking for 4 cars. Plenty of natural light and warm in winter. A perfect retreat to relax without being too far away.

Casa Marmota is a renovated cabin, where you can connect with nature within the forest and relax by listening to the river and the birds. The house has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, campfire area, hot tub, barbecue area, outdoor dining room, TV room and internet. It is located just a 3 minute drive from Avandaro Main Street. You'll have to go down several steps to get to the house. Not suitable for people with low mobility. There may be dirt or dust in the outdoor area.
