Quiet and clean next to a church on a safe dead-end street. Host lives in main home sharing a living room wall w/ a waterfall noise barrier on the other side. Indoor guest area is entirely private. Pets always stay for free, and no additional cleaning fees are charged. Private self access is provided so you come and go as you please. The unit has a full kitchen, king sized bed, 4 pillows, 100% cotton sheets and coverlet. Laundry detergent and dish soap are provided. Trash is located on the west sideof the building.

This space is a mother-in-law suite, completely private from the main house, accessible through a private entrance outside and entering through the garage. THIS IS NOT THE ENTIRE HOUSE! There is a queen size bed... perfect for a couples getaway! It is conveniently located about 15 min. from OIA and 5 min. from downtown Orlando. There is a beautiful pool and hot tub with stunning sunset views of across the lake... so peaceful and you feel like you are in a resort

Jefferson St. Cottage

This cottage is a unique free-standing detached dwelling in the heart of Lawsona Park in the Historic District in downtown Orlando. It sits behind the owner's main house in the back of the lot; privacy is not an issue. The cottage is loaded with all the amenities needed to enjoy your stay. We are close to highways to visit Universal, Disney World, Sea World any more attractions in central Florida. In addition, Uber is a very good option for transportation.
