Adjoining this is a small kitchen (our back kitchen) with a dining area, fridge, microwave, sink and coffee machine to complete the picture. A bay window offers a view of the garden and access to the terrace, which has a table and chairs for sunny days. Access to the suite is separate from the house to ensure everyone’s privacy; entry is via the garage.

Suite in a Caen stone farmhouse. Our cottage is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. In a hamlet of the Pays d'Auge, 2.5 km from the village, along the road. The house is surrounded by a large plot of 3000 m2. A large hedge surrounds the land and isolates it from the outside. Close to the Château de Canon 7 km away, the sea (Cabourg beach, Merville-Franceville, Ouistreham, etc.) is 30 minutes away, Caen and Falaise are quickly accessible. The calm is appreciated!
