Apartment holiday rentals in Laives

Marcos apartment was phenomenal for our family with 2 young children. The space is larger than it looks in the photos and is laid out very well. Having 2 bathrooms and 2 showers was wonderful. The patio has a beautiful view of the valley towards Bolzano. Retractable blackout window covers allow the rooms to stay dark despite early sunrise in the summer. Very close to Soprabolzano but also easy drive to other places. Marcos parents live in the apartment below and were very nice and fun to talk with despite our poor Italian.

Karin and Armin welcomed us super warmly. The apartment is located on a beautiful quiet street in the beautiful Neumarkt from where you can start many nice activities. The ticket for public transport and the recommendations of Karin and Armin for the current week were also very practical. We had a great time in the well-equipped apartment and would be happy to come back.

We had an amazing time staying in Villanders. Karin was easy to communicate with and very welcoming. The farm area is beautiful and has great scenery from the balcony. We would recommend to staying here to anyone visiting the Dolomites!

The apartment was exactly what we were looking for, even better then in the pictures, with absolutely everything you could need. Gargnano was a great base for us to visit the surroundings of lake Garda, city center was 10 minutes away by foot, great restaurants to choose from. Gabi was extremely helpful and helped us with any request we had. Would definitely stay again, totally recommended!

I stayed here for 3 nights and really enjoyed it. The apartment has everything that we needed during our stay. Spacious apartment with big bathroom and bathtub, also complete amenities as description, including the kitchen with all cooking utensils, dishwasher, coffee machine etc. Monika also gave local recommendation for short drive tour to the Dolomites which absolutely wonderful. We had a great time staying at the apartment. The location and view are amazing. The apartment is simply furnished, but it has everything you need. Georg was a great host, flexible with check-in and check-out, with great tips for the area and delicious house wine. We will be happy to come back!

We were guests of Luise and Walter for 9 days with 5 people and a dog in the ground floor apartment. Everything was in a clean, as-new condition. The pictures match the description. We were looking forward to the swimming pond. This is not really suitable for swimming because of the large fish in it and the not so clear water. Luise and Walter were very nice and accommodating. We felt very comfortable.

It was my family's first time in Bolzano. We loved it! Unfortunately we only stayed one night so I think we will definitely return and recommend staying here. The place was nice and the restaurant downstairs was gorgeous. We didn't get a chance to eat there because we didn't make reservations but will make sure we do next time as I plan on returning. Roswitha was very friendly and responsive. There were restaurants, bars, shopping and beautiful architecture all in walking distance. Beautiful location is the old town.

Everything is provided. Parking is available. Romy is friendly and quick to respond.

Matteo always responded immediately and all questions could be clarified directly. Numbers or names on the doors would make it even easier to find the right door. Definitely recommend!

We were hosted for 4 days in a very nice and welcoming apartment. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with great kindness and helpfulness, with the convenience of being picked up directly in the car (we were lost). We found an impeccable house, clean and tidy, well equipped with appliances, and we were pleasantly surprised by the richness of the breakfast offered: brioche, Nutella, jam and honey to start each day in the best possible way. The swimming pool 8 km away in Cavalese, €12 for entry made our weekend even more relaxing. It was a truly unforgettable and wonderful experience that we highly recommend!

We had five wonderful days with Jürgen (and Beate). The apartment is truly a Gem and has met all our expectations: great location, amazing views, modern and cozy. To end the evening in front of the fireplace on the terrace with a good glass of wine was a special highlight for us. The contact with Jürgen, Beate and Zilli was always very accommodating, friendly and warm. Looking forward to seeing you again❣️

Robert's accommodation, although located in a subdivision, away from the city, is a good base. The accommodation is very functional, and a rare thing, it offers two bathrooms! Very useful when we are two couples, it avoids waiting. Robert marked out the environment and access to the accommodation with additional photos. Very responsive. Recommended without hesitation, with a good quality/price ratio.

Best apartment in Europe v modern and wonderful location

An outstanding place to stay! It's huge and perfectly set up. The interior design is amazing, a great modern interpretation of traditional Tirolian style. The huge hot tub, which was ready to use when we arrived, and the Finnish sauna are amazing highlights.. The apartment is located in the center of the small town with stores, restaurants, and wonderful trails in easy walking distance. This stay was a special experiance that we will remember for a long time to come! 10 out of 10.

Giulios place offered such a peaceful and restoring getaway in the Dolomites. Provided amenities such as the washer/dryer, jacuzzi bath, and full kitchen made such a difference after a long day of hiking. Giulio was always available for communication and made sure we were well taken care of. Great affordable stay to be surrounded by the beautiful Italian mountains!

The owners are very friendly and kind people. The accommodation is immersed in nature, surrounded by trees and green meadows, and you can breathe in an atmosphere of tranquility and peace. The outdoor pool is a real gem and we also enjoyed the common areas where you can eat outdoors or relax with a good book. Although far from the chaos, it is in a great position to reach and visit Asolo and the neighbouring municipalities.

We have stayed at a lot of air bnb’s and the most noteable thing that put Robert’s place ahead of the rest, besides the amazing view and beautiful property, was how welcoming and generous he was. In addition to great recommendations, he went the extra mile to greet us with a thoughtful basket of goodies upon arrival. The property was also impeccably stocked with everything you could possibly need from first aid kits, fully stocked kitchen, and extra toiletries making our stay comfortable and stress free. It is clear the host put a lot of care into creating a great experience for his guests. We highly recommend staying here and would love to come back!

I don't know what to say.... The whole thing was perfect. Entering through the gate with the car and seeing our beautiful little yard, surrounded by a jasmine hedge and full of flowers shaded by olive trees right on the lakefront was amazing. In the apartment, the windows that looked right out onto the lake made it feel like there was a living painting... with sound when we left the window open. I would like to address the low ceilings in bedroom and bathroom. It is true, they are low and we are tall so we did have to duck a bit at the head of the bed and in the toilet area but it was COMPLETELY fine. The kitchen was quite well equipped and we made a bunch of lovely meals there. It was a beautiful walk along a sidewalk but then mostly along the beautiful lakefront promenade into town and we walked a few times a day with no difficulty to the ferry, the grocery store, the lungolago. Best of all was Giampaolo's mom who was AMAZING as was her strudel. A beautiful lady!!!! Perfect!
