Our family recent stay at Mr Johm unit was absolutely fantastic, It was spacious enough to easily accommodate our entire group, which made our family trip even more enjoyable. The unit was incredibly clean and well-maintained Highly recommend this unit to anyone looking for a clean, spacious, and family friendly place to stay in Ipoh. We will surely love to return when had a chance.

Great place for a family trip. We booked for the pool and we get as advertised. The house ambience feels like home but more. Love the aquarium and little fish pond

The owner is very friendly, and his property very comfortable to stay. Anyone bringing children is a suitable place for all. Cleanness of the house is very good.

Real villa feel so close to the Ipoh city. The place is cleaned and well maintained with lots of amenities. Good for big families. Pool is amazing. They had a dining table that converts to a pool and ping pong table, an arcade console and a karaoke set with mics, more than enough to keep all of us entertained! 😊

I believe this is one of the best place i've stayed in Malaysia. The house was aesthetically designed making it feel so warm and cosy and it seriously felt like home. I wish i could stay longer but time was not being nice. Totally recommend to stay here for a day or two to explore Ipoh.

It’s a semi D lot with lots of plants in the compound to welcome you. The house and rooms are spacious each equipped with 2 queen size beds. The house is spotlessly clean especially the floor! Toilets are really clean too. Owners gave detailed instructions so we had no issues finding our way to the place. Overall we are very satisfied with the amenities provided!

A Perfect Stay for Our Big Family! We had an absolutely wonderful time staying here with our big family of 10! The accommodation was incredibly spacious, clean, and thoughtfully arranged—everyone had enough room to relax and unwind comfortably and a good night's sleep. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The amenities were excellent—fully equipped kitchen, cozy living area, clean bathrooms, and even little touches that made our stay extra special. Highly recommend this place for any large group or family looking for a stress-free, comfortable, and enjoyable stay.

Check in process was smooth and easy. The home was very cozy, clean and comfortable. Everything about it was very well thought out. Location is in a nice quiet neighbourhood. Bonus if you get there in your EV as the host provides free charging. The host is very friendly and gave recommendations on good places to eat. All in all, very satisfying stay. 100% will book again if I'm visiting Ipoh again!

The place looks exactly like the photos, which was a great start! The location is very convenient—just 10-15 minutes from most tourist spots, including the airport. Getting around was easy with Grab, and the fares were super affordable (most of our rides were just RM5, with a maximum of RM10). The host was responsive and friendly, even allowing us to extend our stay so we didn’t have to linger around before our evening flight. A couple of things to note: there are quite a few stray dogs around the estate, and we found fresh poop right in front of the gate every day—just something to be aware of! Also, each room only has one power outlet, which made it a bit tricky to charge devices or use a hairdryer. We had seen previous reviews mentioning weak or no WiFi coverage, so we checked with the host, and it seems to have been resolved. We tested it during our stay, and the connection was fast, strong, and stable. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend it!

It was a real gem. All my 11 family members (including myself) was so pleased with the stay. Thoughtful touches like a kids room with a slide and even step stools for children! Clean and fuss free check in and out. Highly recommend!

Nice location , near famous Sanma chicken rice, Ipoh parade and tong sui kai etc.. house design very modern perfect for family stay. The house was spotlessly clean when we arrived, and every corner was well-maintained. We had such a comfortable and enjoyable stay here. Highly recommended, and would definitely love to come back again!

Very responsive and friendly owner. He allowed us to extend one more day and gifted us extra complimentary snacks. Nearby the homestay there is a premium outlet with beautiful scenery.

Accommodation and all the amenities are worth the price. Clean toilets, kitchenware complete with spoons, plates and bowls suitable for families & children. Ready with an air fryer, rice pot & toaster & also cuckoo. Suitable for those with small children who want to make milk . The host is also friendly.

The stay was very comfortable, clean, and well-equipped perfect for a family trip. I’m giving 5 stars overall. Just a small note: the aircond remote in the ground floor living hall wasn’t working, and the TV couldn’t be turned on, so we couldn’t use it. Other than that, everything was great. Thank you!

I have a wonderful stay at this place. I make a short notice booking with the host and the host a very responsive to ensure my checkin is smooth. Worth the stay. Note: The swimming pool has spa function, that something worth mention!
