Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Lagunilla

This is a fantastic home to stay in for airport arrivals and departures, or if interested in visiting Alajuela's churches and museums and the surrounding mountains and Volcan Poas. It certainly is full of personality and every amenity you could need. We enjoyed it so very much, we will definitely return as we live in Costa Rica and are frequently in and out of the airport at twilight hours (we've already rebooked for later this year). The home is quiet, spacious, colorful and safe. Thank you Kenneth & team for thinking of every needed item!

This place was the perfect place for us. Although it was in a residential property with many homes, it was incredibly relaxing and felt uncrowded, allowing for true peace and quiet. I loved being able to walk to nearby stores, which made my stay super convenient. We made many meals with all of the kitchen appliances needed provided. This is a very nice place, and I thoroughly enjoyed my time here.

Great place. Being from the USA, it really made me feel immersed into the costa rica culture, while also feeling safe at home.

Wonderful stay at this Pueblo bonito airbnb hole. To start the place is modern and beautifully decorated and kept. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, bathrooms sooooo clean and nice showers, the outside part of the house was very nice for an afternoon hang out. All kitchen gadgets available were great too. We were a group of 8 and we found everything comfortable and spacious. Also just 20 min walk to Heredia downtown. Hosts are super responsive and helpful, and the care taker of the place Yesenia was a very accommodating and a very pleasant person to deal with. 10/10 thank you!!

We had a wonderful short stay at Francisco’s house! The place was spotless, beautifully designed, and had a perfect balance of minimalism and functionality. As parents of a little baby, we felt completely at ease letting him explore, knowing the space was safe and well-kept. Francisco was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely love to come back!

Rober’s villa was absolutely gorgeous! Every space was tastefully decorated with beautiful art & sculpture. The enclosed patios lined with bouganvillia along with the comfort of lounging & dining indoors made the space truly feel like a Mediterranean getaway worlds away from the hustle & bustle of the surrounding town. Will be our new go to anytime we’re in the area!

Many thanks to Mike and his team. Due to our late flight, we needed a late checkout, which was no problem. Otherwise, the apartment and the building are clean and beautiful. Everything is as described, we would come back.

This is my third time staying at Jason’s place and the apartment is spacious, well ventilated and with plenty of sun light. It is close to the university area and easy to drive from the apartment to Heredia Centro or San Rafael, giving you the opportunity to find places to eat and drink.

My stay was brief but I was well taken care of by Evelin and appreciated her prompt communication. The location was great and the apartment has an awesome view above the city

Comfortable apartment, well located with restaurants at the foot of the building. Completely secure neighbourhood and building. Secure parking. Many quality services available for entertainment. Very responsive and friendly host who was able to help us when we needed it.

We felt right at home at Andrey’s place. The studio has high ceilings and feels spacious. The bed was very comfortable and the space was well designed and had all the basic needs taken care of. The apartment is very conveniently located for shopping and restaurants, many of which are walkable. Andrey was responsive and a good communicator. We will definitely return!

Gaby is super attentive and available. The service team is very nice. It is very pleasant to have breakfast in the garden or spend a quiet afternoon cooking in the small but very well-equipped kitchen. I would have liked a little more silence in the mornings, but the comfort of the place is more important; the bed is very comfortable (maybe they should improve the option of pillows for different needs). I'll be back as soon as I can, I felt at home without a doubt.

The wonderful view it has! The peace and tranquility of the building is amazing! The host is super friendly, the entrance to the building is too fast! Everything is very comfortable and tidy, and there is everything you need to do in the kitchen! I would definitely return to this beautiful apartment.

Beautiful place and great price. Would highly recommend if staying in San Jose area. Host is super responsive and helpful. Checkin and out directions are super clear and a private parking space is available.

Perfect landing spot in the city, fantastic facilities. Wish we had more days and would have stayed longer just to explore the building and surrounding restaurants.

Andres was very nice since we first met him. He was always communicating and very informative with recommended places to eat and places to visit but also avoid to be safe. Andres looked out for us and made check in super easy . Thank you for all you did andres !

Just as pictured, veryyyyyy clean!!! I also really appreciated how responsive Jorge was. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend this listing. The location was also really close to restaurants, I would recommend Naans & Curries….sooooo good!
