You will arrive at a comfortable room attached to our house, located opposite with a separate entrance, mini kitchen and bathroom just for you and a companion, and with the peace of mind that we the hosts are living in the back but we will not have contact with you unless you need us, it is a quiet and central place. We have a Siamese kitten named Botitas as a pet that walks outside, he is harmless. We are located 35 miles from Padre Island, 27 miles from Space X.

This is a great location for anyone who likes to fish, boat, golf, swim or simply sit back, relax and enjoy the views! Channel Front on the back it also has beautiful Bay, Lake and Golf Course Views from the upstairs guestrooms and the front. 2 Covered Decks expand the space & channel views for the Living Room and Master Bedroom.
