Prestigious apartment with balcony overlooking the canal a few minutes from Piazza San Marco but in a quiet area. One week before arrival, the ID of only one guest, the payment of the cleaning fee (€50 for the entire group, for the entire stay) and the tourist tax will be requested. Your data is only shared with the Police and the Municipality. There aren't many elevators in Venice: you'll have to climb around 50 steps, but they aren't very steep. I have a place where you can leave your luggage.

A private street door leads you into a ground floor utility area (Wash & dryer) then upstairs you enter a stunning architect-designed space consisting of a fully equipped kitchen + dining area, an elegant lounge, 2 large bedrooms with super-king beds and 2 bathrooms, one with a luxurious free-standing bath. We also have a double a comfy double sofa bed in the living room which can sleep two.

The bathroom is spacious and equipped with a big shower.The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, toaster, kettle and a Nespresso machine. The entrance opens up into a very big living area with a canal view where you can sit and basically touch the water while you are enjoying a glass of wine.

Relax and recharge in this oasis of tranquillity and elegance. A house that I have for my getaways to Venice. It took me a year to find it and almost two to fix it up. It's brand new. I wanted to see the water from the windows, the gondolas and the boats passing by. A quiet and authentic area, yet close to many museums and monuments. Convenient for going shopping, for the vegetable stall, the bakery, not far from the vaporetto and 7 minutes from Rialto!
