Holiday rentals with a patio in Laguna

We had a great stay at Giani's apartment between 04/10 and 04/16 in Laguna. From the beginning, the host was super attentive, always available to ask questions and help us in whatever it took. In fact, she provided some items that were not in the listing, such as extra blankets and other amenities, which made all the difference in our experience. The apartment is comfortable, well located and corresponds to what is shown in the photos. I recommend hosting and thank Giani for the receptivity!

Exceptional apartment, beautiful, harmonious, clean, all very new and modern. Glass wall with a view that enchants to bring a sense of freedom. Super complete kitchen utensils, all very functional. Comfort note ten, easy location, top garage, new air-conditioning in all rooms, rare property to meet! We loved the stay, everything exceeded expectations! We leave with the desire to stay! The loft is delicious. Well equipped with good utensils in the kitchen. It has towels and bedding. Very well located with nearby beaches and excellent local commerce with great restaurants. The entrance is the exit were very flexible, giving to enjoy the two days very well. The host is a love of person and made the stay very enjoyable. I indicate 100%.

The stay at Luis' place was excellent! Luis was a great host, always responding quickly and sent great recommendations from local restaurants and shops. Cozy and quiet place,when we arrived what bothered us a little was the musty odor,but I believe it was because the house was very closed. Daniel is a great host,responds quickly,and is always willing to help and assist. We had an unforeseen situation with the shower that burned,but it is something that happens,Daniel did not take long to try to solve the problem,and he was willing to help,an electrician from the condominium went to the house and changed the shower, we had not even a cost. The accommodation is very cozy,quiet and well located. Very familiar.

Apartment exactly as in the photos, clean, all well tidy, with all the utensils necessary for a good stay. Easy communication with the host, we were very well received by Mrs. Graça, a lovely lady! Only the pool has too much rules for use but these are condominium rules. About the Host's responsibility part, all great!

The house looked like a residence to live in. Good quality furniture, comfortable environment. I felt at home. Mr. Joaquim and his wife, super attentive, very friendly! I highly recommend it!

The apartment was very comfortable, bright, spacious, with a very well-equipped kitchen Having 2 bathrooms and the bedrooms on separate floors is very, very good! The complex is very nice and comfortable, the pool is very clean and a good size. Access to downtown and the beach is really good. Highly recommended!

The apartment is well located in Capivari de baixo/Tubarão and is well equipped with everything you need for a short or long stay. Check-in and check-out were practical. I recommend Augusto's place.

We stayed 7 days in February-March 2025. Giselle is very friendly and excellent host. He sent us recommendations for things to do. The apartment is as shown in the pictures and very comfortable, it has everything you need. We felt very safe in the building and in the neighborhood. As another guest mentioned, from one of the rooms the view faces the cemetery and although the landscape from the balcony is beautiful, it also includes that view as the cemetery is right next door. We didn't see this detail mentioned in the description, and although it didn't affect us, it could be important for other guests. Giselle informed us that the apartment had two beach chairs, so we decided to take less than ours. Upon arrival, we noticed that one of them was in such a bad state that it could not be used, which disappointed us a little because we counted on her. Luckily it wasn't much of an issue as one of the guests was a kid and spent most of his time playing.

Excellent apartment, close to everything. Everything very clean and organized highly recommend the stay, we will certainly be back!
