Holiday rentals with a patio in Laguna

We had a great stay at Giani's apartment between 04/10 and 04/16 in Laguna. From the beginning, the host was super attentive, always available to ask questions and help us in whatever it took. In fact, she provided some items that were not in the listing, such as extra blankets and other amenities, which made all the difference in our experience. The apartment is comfortable, well located and corresponds to what is shown in the photos. I recommend hosting and thank Giani for the receptivity!

I did not miss anything during the entire stay. It exceeded our expectations!! We already have a fixed place for when we go to the lagoon again… we don't even consider another location.

We spent a wonderful weekend. Élcio's apartment is exactly as described in the posting. Our check-in was before the time We were greeted by Cintia a great person. Very friendly and pleasant. The apartment is very well located. We felt like we were at home.

House with great structure to accommodate a family. Everything was very well arranged, organized and clean. It's 3 blocks from the sea and you can walk. I only missed a barbecue and garage. The host is attentive and answers questions. I would definitely come back.

The loft is delicious. Well equipped with good utensils in the kitchen. It has towels and bedding. Very well located with nearby beaches and excellent local commerce with great restaurants. The entrance is the exit were very flexible, giving to enjoy the two days very well. The host is a love of person and made the stay very enjoyable. I indicate 100%.

Coming in, we are very well received by Ju, who introduced us to the house and also left some pampering. Amamos! The house is very cool, it is on a quieter street and has a lot of green! We saw lizards and lots of birds! Because of the green, there are mosquitoes and insects, but we were well instructed about closing the house early, so it was super quiet. It has a great pool, which we enjoyed a lot when we were not at the beach and has a very cool kiosk for a barbecue with family and friends. The kitchen is equipped with the basic items, it is very small, so I do not recommend if you want to make large meals! For us, it served super well for fast food (we did not want to cook at home) and the breakfast, which we drank on the balcony of the house, a charm! The rooms were great, as were the bathrooms. One of the rooms (suite) is not announced, I believe that because they do not allow more than 4 people in the house. Super near beach and 6 minute drive downtown! We would definitely return!

In addition to the great service of the hostess Kamila, the super house is cozy served all our needs, including all household utensils, the leisure area with the perfect swimming pool for children and to rest super quiet the place. See you soon. We love it.

Cozy and quiet place,when we arrived what bothered us a little was the musty odor,but I believe it was because the house was very closed. Daniel is a great host,responds quickly,and is always willing to help and assist. We had an unforeseen situation with the shower that burned,but it is something that happens,Daniel did not take long to try to solve the problem,and he was willing to help,an electrician from the condominium went to the house and changed the shower, we had not even a cost. The accommodation is very cozy,quiet and well located. Very familiar.

Apartment exactly as in the photos, clean, all well tidy, with all the utensils necessary for a good stay. Easy communication with the host, we were very well received by Mrs. Graça, a lovely lady! Only the pool has too much rules for use but these are condominium rules. About the Host's responsibility part, all great!

Mr. Joaquim is very cordial and is always concerned about the well-being of his guests. His wife is a sweetheart as well. Super indico, as the house is very clean and settled. In the surroundings there is pharmacy, market and bakery. Thank you for the stay Mr. Joaquim!!

The apartment was very comfortable, bright, spacious, with a very well-equipped kitchen Having 2 bathrooms and the bedrooms on separate floors is very, very good! The complex is very nice and comfortable, the pool is very clean and a good size. Access to downtown and the beach is really good. Highly recommended!

The apartment is well located in Capivari de baixo/Tubarão and is well equipped with everything you need for a short or long stay. Check-in and check-out were practical. I recommend Augusto's place.

Perfect accommodation for rest within the beach of Camacho. The condominium is very safe. The place is amazing, the room faces the sea, there is about 200m from the water. It is possible to sit on dunes in the shade in front of the bedroom, while enjoying the beauty and sound of the sea. There is an option to stay in the patio inside the condominium, which has a great lawn and a lot of shade. Very quiet, quiet place with easy access to markets and a great fruit tree. Hosted in this room, it is possible to transit the beautiful beaches of Jaguaruna and Laguna quickly by car. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The hosts Simone and husband Antônio are great people, very attentive and concerned about our convenience. I highly recommend, we will be back!
