Sunny and spacious home on the water with linens, AC, EV Charger, dock and roof patio. Home has modern appliances, bbq, fire pit, washer and dryer, as well as cookware, and dinnerware. Each bedroom includes private bath with shower and 2 have tubs. Master BR has private patio with great views. "Elderly friendly" with easy access. You will love staying in this beautiful, light-filled midcentury modern home. 1.5 blocks to the beach and close walking distance to the downtown Village. Built in 1960 but modern and updated, it has classic vintage essence but feels clean, light, airy and filled w/ natural light. On one side is a private garden and on the other side is the Pacific Ocean, so you will feel surrounded by nature no matter where you are in the house. *As of Nov '23, I replaced all of the outdoor furniture!
