La maison est atypique, très agréable à vivre. Voiture au garage ou dans la rue (stationnement gratuit), vous pouvez accédez à tous les espaces de la ville à pied ou en navette.

Appartement tout confort à l'étage de notre maison datant de 1749 que nous rénovons. Logement fonctionnel, lumineux et calme. De plain pied avec entrée indépendante sur jardin. Arrivée par escalier extérieur. Parking dans notre cour. Appart composé de 2 chambres, salon, cuisine, sdb-wc et espace extérieur (terrasse et jardin). Situé en plein bourg et à la fois dans un écrin de verdure, donnant sur un parc arboré, rivière, prairie, et bois alentours. Arrivée après 17h, départ avant 13h. 😊

Our tiny house is ideally located in lower Corrèze, a few kilometers from many villages and remarkable sites (Collonges-la-Rouge, Beaulieu-sur-Dordogne, Rocamadour, Padirac Cave) You will have the opportunity to practice many activities: canoeing on the Dordogne, visits to beautiful villages, swimming in lakes or rivers or many hikes.

In the heart of the historic Trech district, close to amenities, the Hospital, the Cathedral and the Château de la Préfecture. The apartment has a bedroom, a large open living room and a terrace with outdoor living room, dining area and plancha. The apartment has an equipped kitchen (microwave combined with rotating heat), a 138 cm TV connected to fiber and a TV box with Chromecast and Canal+. Connected speakers in the bathroom and kitchen.

Central location over looking the old centre “Le Trech” including the cathedral and The Theatre. A very pleasing view day and night from a large and unique semi-circular window. 10 minutes walk to the centre with cafés, bars, restaurants, shops and art galleries. Generally quiet location.
