Apart from one or two hiccups, Tumi quickly tried to rectified it. The apartment is spacious, modern, in a well secured building and has most of everything you need of amenities. Our stay was greatly enjoyed and would definitely return. A personal thank you again to Tumi for looking after us!

Stayed at this location for 2 weeks in April 2022. The balcony views are amazing and breath taking. Truly enjoyed watching the sunrise and set each day from there. The facility and location is safe. My guest and I felt very safe, secure and comfortable. I did not get to meet Jonathan in person but he was very responsive to all of my needs. There's a restaurant downstairs, the prices are ok. The drinks are overpriced, but thats to be expected. This place has a very clean gym. The equipment there is in great shape and is very easy to use. They also have a generous weight rack. The pool is clean and very big. It's not too deep. The cabanas are very nice to hang out on. Phone reception there is not the greatest. Its best to make calls in the living room or balcony. When checking in contact Jonathan beforehand and get the wifi password. A couple of things to note, the apartment does have some wear and tear and permanent stains. Some of the fixtures are broken. There is slight peeling of the ceiling, and some cabinets. Toilet paper is not automatically refilled. You have to ask housekeeping or Johnathan what you are out of. They provide soap, towels and toilet paper only. The cable goes out a lot because its a satellite dish. Just reach out to Johnathan and he'll send a tech to reset it. The electricity resets everyday (goes out) for about 3 seconds and comes back on immediately. It's a norm don't be alarmed. However one day the power did not come back for a while, I contacted Johnathan and it was resolved immediately. This place is convenient and located to many shops and nice restaurants in the area. We took an Uber daily with no issues. I would stay here again for sure. Johnathan thank you for accommodating my every need. I truly enjoyed my stay.

This is home away from home. Fantastic home. I have used Akeem s place before and I will use it again. If you live abroad and you are looking for a very safe and comfortable beautiful home. This is the place for you. The security in this estate is top notch. The house it’s self is very clean and beautiful I will recommend this house over and over again.

Fola’s place is an oasis in the middle of Lagos, the garden is beautiful & peaceful - IK was so helpful and everyone made me feel at home. Thank you 🙏🏽

He was very attentive and communicated

Mr. Dan is more than a super host — he’s a super duper host! The space was exactly as described: clean, beautiful, and well-maintained. Cleaners came every three days to refresh the unit. There was constant power supply, and the AC worked perfectly — a real plus. Everything we needed was provided, and it truly felt like a home away from home. It was also the perfect place for us, as we wanted privacy. The apartment is embedded within two layers of a secure estate, giving us peace of mind and quiet. But what made the stay most special was Mr. Dan himself. He’s genuinely kind and compassionate. He took time to listen to our story, celebrated with us, and gave wise, thoughtful advice when needed. Staying at his place felt more like visiting an uncle than just renting a space. Also, this place played host to very important events in our lives. We’re so grateful and would absolutely recommend this listing to anyone looking for more than just a place to stay. Thank you, Mr. Dan!

Carpe's place was excellent. Very central, in Victoria Island, near alot of beautiful resturants, bars and lounges.. The communication of the host was excellent, he was very helpful and understanding. He wasnt there when we checked into the apartment as we arrived quite early. Notwithstanding he was in constant communication with us over the phone making sure we were well settled in and comfortable. The apartment was highly secure, and comfortable everything and anything you could have wanted in a house was made available. The interior was beautiful and extremely neat. The steward Jerimaiah, was very helpful and polite. Our stay was enjoyable and comfortable, we truly felt at home. I would definitely recommened this apparment to anyone who wants to stay around VI and very ideal in accomodating families as it can house 6 persons.

Joseph was a perfect host, communicating right from the outset throughout our entire stay. He went the extra mile to ensure our stay was comfortable. For example, knowing that WiFi in Lagos can be spotty, Joseph has not one, but two back up networks in the apartment! That’s dedication 😊

I enjoyed my stay. Very close to a few beaches and nice restaurants. The host was easy to contact and communicate with and made sure we had a housekeeper come in & clean throughout the stay.

The home was consistent with the listing, and the host met your expectations. Consistently answer all my questions and concerns. The house was extremely close to the airport plus in a vibrant location with plenty of stores and a food eatery. I would book the home again. Thank you.

An amazing stay at the X lagos The host were very responsive and all amenities were exactly as listed The location is ideal and close to many local hotpots The X lagos is really a gem of a place and I would recommend it
