Fully new cottage of 45m2 in our main residence. Secure parking by motorized gate. Property is fully fenced. Garden of 1000m2 with deckchair, table, chair, barbecue... We are looking for people rather quiet, so as not to disturb the neighborhood at night. As for the cottage, it is fully functional, clean, very bright and very fresh. No air conditioning needed. Recent garden level in the heart of southern Ardèche

The new "Gîtes du Testal" opened in 2021 to a beautiful medieval town: Lagorce. The location is very pleasant because at the crossroads of the most beautiful tourist attractions, 4 rivers including the Ardèche ... and yet quiet. This pretty garden floor is comfortable, very well equipped, clean, bright and heated/air-conditioned. Infants are welcome (see below). 1 small, clean and quiet dog is allowed. Relax in this quiet and stylish home!
