Property 1.5 km from Parque do Povo! The house has 3 bedrooms, all of which are suites! Fully equipped kitchen! Edy was waiting to hand over the keys! Property was in accordance with the description, and the bathrooms with electric showers and the rooms with fans!! We recommend Edy's property!!

Simply great! The place is beautiful, super flowery, and it conveys a sense of warmth from the first moment. The house was impeccably clean and organized, and the comfort and privacy we had was simply perfect. Hosts were extremely attentive — they received us with a super special treat: a delicious banana cake! Each detail showed care and affection, which made the experience even more special. Without a doubt, it was a wonderful stay and I highly recommend. Back for sure!

Ygor and his family were great hosts, always available to give us all the necessary support and guidance. The house is very spacious, (it reminds me a lot of grandma's house lol), it accommodated our family with tranquility, privacy and security. The location is great, relatively close to the People's Park and markets, pharmacy and restaurants. We very much like the stay.

Cyan is the best host I've ever had contact with, an example of kindness not to mention that he's a cop so he has the security bonus because the neighbors who know him know that any problem can trigger him. Everything we needed, they attended to us with the greatest politeness in the world, he and his wife Paloma are very helpful and understanding. All setbacks were resolved as soon as possible for everyone. If you need a gallon of water, just talk to Henrique, who is on the corner of the street, garbage collection takes place Monday, Wednesday and Friday between 9 p.m. and 11 p.m. (I recommend leaving the bags closer to that time so they don't tear). I rented it for 3 months and it was a great choice.

The stay could not have wished for better. Luciana was very attentive from the time of the reservation until after our departure. I and my family loved the house and were super satisfied with the space, attention and reception. All very organized, clean and within described. Without a doubt, it was worth every cent!

The apartment is super organized, everything is clean, the host provided a duvet and clean towels, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen has all the utensils available. She even left a basket with a personal hygiene kit, which was great, as we had forgotten to bring shampoo and conditioner, I thought it was super kind and pleasant, no host I have ever stayed with has done this “treat”. We love everything, highly recommend it and hope to stay there again next year.

I loved the stay! Suitable place to rest and fully disconnect from urban life. Host Amanda available at all times. We were greeted with many mimics: local and seasonal fruits placed on the table and rooms flavored with lavender. It's a place to feel at home! Qualityware and utensils. Very wooded town. View of the enchanting valley and a trail to the wonderful creek. I went in a cold season in the region and took a lot of advantage from the fireplace; the accommodation has an adult and children's pool that caters well in the summer. Ah! It has a charming space around the sensational campfire. I took my pets and it made a difference for us. It has a housekeeper available to assist us: he is very sociable and helpful. We had the pleasure of meeting Seu Luiz (the owner) that he did not wish for. I will return with my family to this location for sure.

Bruno was extremely kind to me and my group, as well as understandable. The place is wonderful, providing space for a good amount of people, as well as being very open and pleasant.

The apartment is on the ground floor. Sandra is very friendly and welcomed us personally. Everything was very organized and clean. The apartment is cozy. Only two things to point out... there is no shower stall in the bathroom, which means that after the bath we have to dry the entire bathroom. And I advise you to change the pillows, because they are very uncomfortable, even my husband who sleeps like a rock, had difficulty sleeping and ended up taking the cushion from the sofa lol. But I believe these are easy things to resolve and that's why I recommend Sandra's place. Ah... it's only 7 minutes by car from the center.

The house is a delight, very beautiful, huge, super clean, and the owners are wonderful… It's worth staying there. I intend to come back more often.

The Dona Lindu III residence is very comfortable because of all the services it offers within the complex, the tranquility, the silence. There are several shops on the corner that make the neighbourhood a very comfortable place to live. We were very well taken care of by the hosts who are available all the time. We highlight the work of the cleaning and security staff of the residence
