It has: 2 bedrooms with double beds, 1 bathroom, 1 living room with TV, 1 kitchen with minibar and coffee maker, laundry area and terrace, as well as parking space. Quiet place, safe and easy to access. Easy access to transport apps and taxis (a taxi driver lives next to the property).

A spacious residence features a red tiled roof and multiple large windows, offering ample natural light. A generous parking area, capable of accommodating vehicles, is present in front. The green lawn adds a touch of nature to the setting, while a hammock invites relaxation.

Take the whole family to this great place with plenty of room to have fun. Residence with 3 suites, all with a double bed and a desk dependency. Large garage, BBQ space, comfortable and ventilated terrace. Residência is located next to the Virgin of the Poor, close to the entrance to parties like SOUL JOÃO E VILA FORRÓ. Very close to Campina Grande as well. I am at your disposal to answer any questions, preference is to rent for the week of São João.

House 8 minutes from Parque do Povo

Enjoy a great experience in this place 5 minutes from the center and 10 minutes from Parque do Povo. Our little corner is quiet and ideal for your rest during your stay in the city. It has a refrigerator, stove, microwave and a set of basic utensils, as well as several mirrors to get ready and games to pass the time. Usually the weather is cool, but if necessary we leave two fans available, and for colder nights we provide a blanket and the shower is electric.

Rooms available: one bedroom with a double and single bed and another bedroom with two single beds, living room, kitchen and two bathrooms with electric shower.
