Beachfront holiday rental in Lagoa do Peri

We stayed at Ribeirao because we had a wedding at Villa Casarao. The house is about 100 meters from the place. We even went on foot. Simple but very good house with everything we needed!

The most beautiful and cozy place near Florianópolis! The house is beautiful, clean, the pool is warm and cozy. We were greeted with all the instructions for use. The best part was the restaurant recommendations Victor gave us. Access to tourist sites is very easy. Easy access to supermarket, shopping. I'll definitely be back!

Lovely place close to the main parts of Armaçao, just like home. It was a little further from the beach than I thought but still walkable distance from pretty much everything. Very quiet, private and cosy with all the things you might need and more. Marcia is very responsive and accommodating. Verinha, the lady who lives nearby received us with a delicious corn cake and a big smile. I highly recommend this great house.

The house is beautiful, all clean and organized. A great variety of dishes, all very well cared for and in good condition. We loved the space, we went with a 2-year-old and he left enchanted. Good communication with the person in charge.

The complex is beautiful, with many amenities, such as nearby garages and facial recognition entry, very quiet and impeccable. The apartment is very comfortable and the host is always attentive. I would recommend it

I stayed for 1 week in the apartment, it had a spectacular view of the beach, they kept many things on hand such as: umbrella, beach chairs, dryer, iron, grill, heater. The most charming thing was the close access to the beach, supermarket, restaurants, activities, etc. The place is centrally located where you can easily get to the house and other places by Uber with relatively low prices. I would return a thousand times, John is super friendly, attentive and quick to respond to changes.

A luxury, private, beautiful landscaped accommodation with guest facial recognition access (set up at check-in). The place has many amenities, an outdoor pool and jacuzzi, a heated pool, a sauna, an indoor jacuzzi, a 24/7 self-service minimarket (accepts Pix payment), beach chairs, a parasol, a barbecue (we didn't use it, but it was available). All with free access, except for the private jacuzzi, which must be scheduled through Maira. My friends and I were fascinated. We had a great time, highly recommended.

Amazing accommodation! The apartment is at the height of the treetops, which gives surreal privacy. Very quiet, clean and complete. The gas shower is super hot, there are extra blankets and very good air conditioning.

Genuinely the best Airbnb I have ever stayed at. To start off, Jessica is the best host, always responsive and very kind. She even added an extra day to my stay for free when she heard about my travel plans changing. The house it self is old but that gives it charm. Her grandpa built it and you can tell it’s treated with care. Although it doesn’t say it on the listing this house could technically sleep 9. The view is stunning and they even have sign for a lookout point. The view alone is worth what you pay. It is very private and you are the only house on the mountain. The walk on the beach is maybe 30 steps, so don’t let that deter you from booking. Jessica’s mother is also very sweet and created me with a big hug. Jessica gives you recommendations on food and deliveries. The house is also near the popular sand dunes. Overall book this Airbnb if you want to have an amazing stay!

The place is fantastic: the house is lovingly decorated, the view is wonderful. It is located in the middle of trees. As described, the ascent is very steep; the information to take light luggage (backpack) is to be taken seriously. We were three people first. Two of us were able to stay longer and we stayed another five days. The house is ideal for two individuals or a couple. The communication was very good and in case of questions or problems, there was an immediate response or help. For us one of the most beautiful places on this magical island. We will never forget these days and may be back. Thank you!

It really was a pleasure to stay in the chalet of Airton and Bernardette, the place is really beautiful and connected to nature, everything was very well thought out to spend a few days of disconnection in a magical environment, away the best Airbnb hosts, they are very warm and friendly, they are worried and always pending, I would come back a thousand times and I would recommend them to everyone, it is very private and you can see an infinity of fauna. Mariane was always very kind, attentive and agile in all interactions. I felt like I was at my parents' beach house: welcomed, comfortable, safe and completely at ease. It's good to remember that, now in the cold, the place is naturally more geared towards summer. But if you like to have a good drink, cook with a breathtaking view, feel the peace and quiet around you, and walk in the cold with the feeling that the beach is all yours… I highly recommend it… d++++ really! I prepared a beautiful lasagna, pizza and a Bolognese pasta there. The kitchen is 100% functional and complete, perfect for those who like to cook! For those looking for a premium place and love the beach in the summer, then yes: you will be in a real 5-star. Simply GOAT. Tip for those going in winter: Take a shower during the day, the water comes out hotter!

I confess that I had a lot of difficulty accessing it, but it was surprising to get to the place! The stay is truly spectacular, the cleanliness is surprisingly impeccable, the care and zeal with every detail thought about the space is remarkable! Renata always asks and meets all needs! I highly recommend it.

Me and my girlfriend celebrated 02 years of dating in this house. A great experience, worthwhile, an amazing view, contact with nature, close to Armação beach, Lagoa do Peri and several other points in the South of the Island. It takes a little physical capacity to get to the house, but it's worth it!
