Holiday rentals with beach access in Lagoa do Peri

A luxury, private, beautiful landscaped accommodation with guest facial recognition access (set up at check-in). The place has many amenities, an outdoor pool and jacuzzi, a heated pool, a sauna, an indoor jacuzzi, a 24/7 self-service minimarket (accepts Pix payment), beach chairs, a parasol, a barbecue (we didn't use it, but it was available). All with free access, except for the private jacuzzi, which must be scheduled through Maira. My friends and I were fascinated. We had a great time, highly recommended.

Amazing accommodation! The apartment is at the height of the treetops, which gives surreal privacy. Very quiet, clean and complete. The gas shower is super hot, there are extra blankets and very good air conditioning.

I loved my stay, Francisco was super attentive and proactive in giving me tour suggestions, nearby places to feed me, and always available to help me. Thank you so much!

We stayed for 15 days and it was excellent. Host always responded quickly and took us all the questions. The place is new, everything clean and according to the photos. In addition, the neighborhood is very safe and quiet. I definitely recommend!

We stayed at Ribeirao because we had a wedding at Villa Casarao. The house is about 100 meters from the place. We even went on foot. Simple but very good house with everything we needed!

Lovely place close to the main parts of Armaçao, just like home. It was a little further from the beach than I thought but still walkable distance from pretty much everything. Very quiet, private and cosy with all the things you might need and more. Marcia is very responsive and accommodating. Verinha, the lady who lives nearby received us with a delicious corn cake and a big smile. I highly recommend this great house.

Extremely comfortable stay for me and my family. We went with my 9-month-old baby. Bruno and Gabriela provided cradle, the kitchen had all the utensils to cook for my family. Clean, comfortable location with a beautiful view of the balcony. This apartment is ideal for long stays and for those who appreciate comfort and privacy. I stayed for 1 week in the apartment, it had a spectacular view of the beach, they kept many things on hand such as: umbrella, beach chairs, dryer, iron, grill, heater. The most charming thing was the close access to the beach, supermarket, restaurants, activities, etc. The place is centrally located where you can easily get to the house and other places by Uber with relatively low prices. I would return a thousand times, John is super friendly, attentive and quick to respond to changes.

Apt very clean and organized,has all the necessary items for the stay ,the condominium has a very good structure and private access to the beach .

I stayed for 1 week and everything was amazing. Amanda is a sweetheart, responds quickly and is very helpful. The apartment is super cared for, clean and practical. With a hairdryer, beach chairs and sunshine and everyday utensils. I felt at home and I will definitely be back.

The apartment is wonderful. Everything was clean and organised, and there was everything we needed in the kitchen. The balcony gets good sunlight in the winter- perfect to relax in the hammock. We barely needed to use the car as you can walk straight to the beach or to good coffee shops and restaurants. Gabriela was incredibly helpful throughout our stay and made sure our check in was simple. We hope we can come back again soon!

I had a great stay! The apartment was super clean, well-equipped and everything was brand new. The location is excellent, with a restaurant in front of the building and other facilities nearby. The building also offers good amenities, which made the experience even better. Communication was easy and fast during the entire stay. I recommend and would be back for sure!
