Ten minutes by car by a mud road, they separate the house from downtown. This is a special place because it took me six years to get permission to build there. It is located in the Pontal do Atalaia overlooking the Praia Brava, Praia dos Anjos, Praia Grande and Cape Frio. It is located high on the mountain - a privileged place. See photos! These are the main activities that you can find here: Scuba diving: you'll be in touch with the nature of Arraial do Cabo. Scuba divers delight themselves with what they find there. It's really an incredible experience. Boat trip: you go around the beautiful beaches from Arraial do Cabo, Pontal do Atalaia (Prainhas) and Ilha do Farol, Gruta Azul (blue Grotto) which is 15-meter high and blue reflex of the water on the walls gives the name of the Grotto. Large house with swimming pool, gourmet area, 600 meters from Lagoa de Araruama. 3 km from the Bus Station. Great for relaxing and enjoying with family. There are 3 bedrooms, one is a suite, two have air-conditioning, a large living room, with a balcony surrounded by Blindex, a foosball table for the enjoyment of children and adults. In addition to the barbecue, oven and wood stove, and a beautiful garden around the house. There are two houses, one downstairs and one upstairs. The houses are independent.

Beach house / dry beach

Beach house with the best location in the center of Praia Seca, a 5-minute walk from the lagoon and also a 5-minute walk to the main street. The street is on the corner of the cultural boardwalk, where the pier is located and the ferry leaves for the center of Araruama, where the bus station is. Very close to the playground for the kids to play and close to bars, restaurants, gym, pharmacy, liquor stores, and the GG shopping mall... all within walking distance... let your car rest!!!

Nice house, on the sand, facing the sea of Arraial do Cabo. We are 6 km, 11 minutes, from Cabo Frio-RJ airport. The space features an en-suite (sea view), with air-conditioning, a double bed, and a bi-bed with two single mattresses. Bedroom 2 (not en-suite), with air-conditioning, double box bed, with two single auxiliary beds.
