Very good apartment in Barra da Lagoa and I only moved here because of the bakery around the corner from the apartment. The only bad thing is that the wifi didn't work and it was a big inconvenience for me since I work virtually. Claudia, Benta's sister, was very kind and tried to fix it, but it still didn't work. Good communication from her. The place is very quiet and nice. The apartment has everything.

The loft is cute! Very well located. I emphasize that it is super close on foot to the São Jorge Market and close to Av. Madre Benvenuta, both with many options to eat. If you are using Uber, it is a very strategic location and easy to get a car to various parts of the island. Thiago was very agile and kind in his responses, as well as being flexible with check-in. In short, it was a great experience. I would stay again.

It is a very quiet neighborhood, close to the Villa Romana mall and others. There is a large Angeloni supermarket in the same apartment building, which is very good, since you only need to take the elevator to get to the supermarket. They also have another supermarket within walking distance, as well as restaurants and shopping areas. Everything in the apartment and condominium is new. A food court will soon be installed in the same condominium. It is very complete and modern.

It was a wonderful stay, Suzana is very welcoming, the space is private, the view is really wonderful! The arrival recommendations are very important, as Uber shows other routes that are dangerous to take. But the main street, as she explains to get there, is very quiet!

The accommodation of Lucas was according to the listing, large, clean and beautiful apartment, close to the beaches of the English and Santinho. The Host was super kind, and even gave some location tips. Super recommend to anyone who wants to stay.

Second time when my family and I stayed at Daniela's house. Charming place. On the edge of the sea, the noise of the waves, the pleasant balcony integrated with the living room, the private beach where you can swim, ride sup or simply contemplate the sunset. It was another perfect family weekend!

Viajamos en Abril 2025. We were 3 friends, we were 9 days. Both for check-in and checkout were very flexible, which is appreciated. The house was in perfect condition, with all amenities including lounge chairs and beach umbrella. Very comfortable beds, clean sheets, and excellent condition of the kitchen and its utensils. The complex has an exit to the beach, it was beautiful and very comfortable to be able to go to the beach as if you are going out to the patio. It is very easy to locate, it is 1 block from the main street of Barra, where all the necessary shops are located and there is public parking. We were greeted with chocolates and a welcome letter. Both Fabiola and her husband were always attentive and predisposed to help us with what we need. They are genius! Highly recommend it. Thank you!!

This absolutely beautiful flat is worth staying in for the view alone: we loved the hammock with the vista of the forest. The decoration was also lovely, and the neighbourhood is not only safe but leads directly to a beach and a nature reserve of dunes that is perfect for nature-lovers. Thank you very much! We travel to Florianópolis twice a year. We have been staying here for more than 20 years and this is really the best place my family and I have stayed. If you are looking for a high level in everything and quality accommodation, this place is 100% recommended.

What a place! I already fell in love with the photos, but in person it's even better. The sunrise is incredible, the apartment is all new and very well decorated. Very comfortable and the sofa on the balcony to rest and see the sea is priceless. Worth every penny. Best Airbnb find. I recommend it and I'll be back for sure.
