Location faithful to the description, cozy accommodation and the view is beautiful at sunrise. I recommend it. NOTE: It is on the 4th floor but has 7 flights of stairs that seem to be on the 7th floor, but it is just an impression due to the style of the building. If you have a problem with your spine or a lot of luggage, think twice. Other than that, the place and the location were very good.

The most beautiful and cozy place near Florianópolis! The house is beautiful, clean, the pool is warm and cozy. We were greeted with all the instructions for use. The best part was the restaurant recommendations Victor gave us. Access to tourist sites is very easy. Easy access to supermarket, shopping. I'll definitely be back!

I will definitely come back more often, cozy apartment, clean and with a spectacular view! It was wonderful to sleep with the sound of the waves and with such a comfortable bed!

The apartment is fantastic. It was super clean, the location is great and the view is even better. I highly recommend it.

The house is wonderful, beautifully decorated, super comfortable, spacious and I realized that it was built with children in mind. Before accessing the stairs, there are doors that we can keep closed for safety, and there is also an "art corner" in a small house on the upper floor (outside). The host is super friendly, nice and very helpful. If you have any problems, just send a message and she'll respond quickly and try to resolve them as soon as possible. I spent very special moments with my family and I will definitely return and recommend this place to anyone!

Our stay was perfect! The house is wonderful, clean, functional and comfortable! Renato is a lot of good, kind and nice people, willing to help us who need it. the view is not even mentioned, too beautiful!! the kitchen had everything we need, nice beds and bedding, good showers, great features! we're sure to come back for more moments of peace on this amazing airbnb:)

I loved my stay at the apartment! The location is perfect, right in the center of Floripa, with an incredible view of the Hercílio Luz bridge. The apartment is super comfortable, just like in the photos, and had everything I needed for a quiet stay. The supermarket is in the building, as well as several other shops and restaurants, which made everyday life much easier. Access to the building, apartment and parking space was super easy. I highly recommend and would certainly stay here again!

I really enjoyed my time and I wish I could’ve extended but they were booked the following week. I felt right at home. I loved having my patio facing beautiful trees, hearing the ocean waves, being serenaded by birds and most of all frequent visits from the 2 sweet dogs & 3 lovely cats. I grew so fond of all their pets and all their cuddles. It’s a peaceful and relaxing area that helped me rejuvenate. I’m thankful for such wonderful hosts who made me feel welcomed. Carine was so gracious in lending me her Bicycle. Boris gave me some information about the area, cafes, bars, restaurants etc. I highly recommend this Airbnb and hope to return next year!

Carlos is very kind and willing to help. It allowed us to check in earlier. The dpto is much nicer than the photos, beautiful decor and the complex very complete. Very close to la.playa. The mercadito 24hrs has muyyy good prices and accept pix. Breakfast in Beto very rich. Very grateful to Carlos. Wonderful stay 🥰

Genuinely the best Airbnb I have ever stayed at. To start off, Jessica is the best host, always responsive and very kind. She even added an extra day to my stay for free when she heard about my travel plans changing. The house it self is old but that gives it charm. Her grandpa built it and you can tell it’s treated with care. Although it doesn’t say it on the listing this house could technically sleep 9. The view is stunning and they even have sign for a lookout point. The view alone is worth what you pay. It is very private and you are the only house on the mountain. The walk on the beach is maybe 30 steps, so don’t let that deter you from booking. Jessica’s mother is also very sweet and created me with a big hug. Jessica gives you recommendations on food and deliveries. The house is also near the popular sand dunes. Overall book this Airbnb if you want to have an amazing stay!

Chris was amazing! His place is so cute and surrounded by nature. Even though it was cloudy when we went, everything still looked so beautiful & magical! It was fun, peaceful, and just what we needed. We’d love to stay again!

We absolutely loved this house. Our time was amazing and Dario was a very responsive and nice host. The views are incredible. The plants are beautiful. The outdoor living space and beach were amazing. There was also so much privacy here. Stop looking for other options and book this place immediately if you have the chance…

Very last minute, same day booking. Ciro and Lu were super responsive and had the house already prepared in advance. The house is clean, spacious and cozy and lies within a gated property close to a beautiful beach. We would definitely stay here again if we’d come back to Floripa ! ☀️

Vanessa and her husband were very attentive to us. They waited for us to make the crossing to Barra da Lagoa. Vanessa is very calm and responds quickly. He always helped us when it was necessary. Excellent stay. Huge and wonderful bathtub! I highly recommend it!
