The loft is cute! Very well located. I emphasize that it is super close on foot to the São Jorge Market and close to Av. Madre Benvenuta, both with many options to eat. If you are using Uber, it is a very strategic location and easy to get a car to various parts of the island. Thiago was very agile and kind in his responses, as well as being flexible with check-in. In short, it was a great experience. I would stay again.

It is a very quiet neighborhood, close to the Villa Romana mall and others. There is a large Angeloni supermarket in the same apartment building, which is very good, since you only need to take the elevator to get to the supermarket. They also have another supermarket within walking distance, as well as restaurants and shopping areas. Everything in the apartment and condominium is new. A food court will soon be installed in the same condominium. It is very complete and modern.

It was a wonderful stay, Suzana is very welcoming, the space is private, the view is really wonderful! The arrival recommendations are very important, as Uber shows other routes that are dangerous to take. But the main street, as she explains to get there, is very quiet!

Second time when my family and I stayed at Daniela's house. Charming place. On the edge of the sea, the noise of the waves, the pleasant balcony integrated with the living room, the private beach where you can swim, ride sup or simply contemplate the sunset. It was another perfect family weekend!

The place was as advertised, clean and quite. I felt at home and I had a wonderful stay, will definitely stay here again!

We were delighted with this house! Everything is very beautiful, well cared for and with a super nice energy. The garden is wonderful, full of greenery, flowers and perfect corners to relax. The location is also great — close to the beach and the dunes, you could walk there easily. The region is super quiet, perfect for resting and enjoying nature. The house has everything we need to feel at home, and the host was super attentive and friendly from the beginning. It was definitely an incredible experience and we already want to go back. Excellent location, we were very well attended to by the host. The landscape around the house is indescribable. We were greeted by Ana Paula, the house was very clean and fragrant, and Ana Paula surprised us with a wonderful homemade cake. Everything was perfect and whenever we return to Brazil we will book the house.

This absolutely beautiful flat is worth staying in for the view alone: we loved the hammock with the vista of the forest. The decoration was also lovely, and the neighbourhood is not only safe but leads directly to a beach and a nature reserve of dunes that is perfect for nature-lovers. Thank you very much! Estadia marvellous!!! Adriano and very receptive wife, as well as Elisa, a girl who helped us before check in! All impeccable, cleanliness, organization, Adriano's concern for our stay! It was really worth it!!! Everything clean and organized, we took care as if it were our own, because it was possible to understand the affection and care they had so that we had a good experience! Our stay was great, the apartment very good, with everything we needed. We felt at home, and we took great advantage of the apartment and the structure of the condominium. The pool is very nice. The access is modern and works very well, the garage for 2 cars, spacious. The beach is very good, and next to the apartment has pharmacies, markets, building materials store and many restaurants. JET's scooters are right beside the building. Anyway, we enjoyed the experience very much, we hope to return.
