Ground-floor studio with 25 m², located inside a residence. Access to the studio is through the garage: upon entering, you will find a door that leads to the house's internal hall; just to the left is the studio's private entrance, all on the ground floor. The garage is enclosed, spacious and free. The space has a double bed, private bathroom and compact kitchen equipped with a small electric stove and oven, minibar, basic utensils, as well as TV, split air-conditioning and exclusive Wi-Fi.

The suite is located in a well-located residential building in the city of Florianópolis, towards the north of the Island (SC 401), close to Floripa shopping, the Santa Catarina Medical Association (ACM), ACATE, Mercadoteca, Square SC, the Cacupé and Santo Antônio de Lisboa neighborhoods.
