Have fun finding all the details of the marine world in the rooms, then go out on the terrace and admire the blue of the water for yourself. On the first floor, there is a living/dining room with a sofa bed, a kitchen, a bathroom and a terrace with a sea view. Downstairs, there is a double bedroom and a second bathroom. The house is the ideal solution for a couple with or without children who, thanks to the double bathrooms and the double sofa bed in the living room, can find a comfortable accommodation. The house is accessible via a short flight of about ten steps. I live a few steps from Alice's House and am available for any request or information. Discover the truest Liguria by immersing yourself in the life of a small fishing village a few kilometers from Portovenere and the Cinque Terre, taste the gastronomic specialties of the Gulf of Poets, then take advantage of the nearby beach and enjoy moments of pure relaxation by the sea. Fezzano is located in the middle of the Provincial Road that connects La Spezia to Portovenere on a route of about 15 km and is connected to these two locations by public transport that runs about every half hour. From Fezzano, via La Spezia, the Cinque Terre, Lerici and the other towns of the Gulf of Poets are easily reachable by car or public transport. A few highway exits away on the A12 highway you can reach Sarzana, Forte dei Marmi and Versilia, Portofino. A parking garage has recently been built in the village with about 100 paid parking spaces (daily rate €10.00). A private garage adjacent to Alice's House is available at the usual price. Discover the truest Liguria by immersing yourself in the life of a small fishing village a few kilometers from Portovenere and the Cinque Terre, taste the gastronomic specialties of the Gulf of Poets, then take advantage of the nearby beach and enjoy moments of pure relaxation by the sea. Beach, downtown, restaurants, station, and ferries are within walking distance. Unique place to spend mornings to drink coffee and evenings while sipping a local wine, watching sunrise and sunset in the first row!🌅🍷 I hope you bring good luck to couples as it was for my grandparents🥰 *If you are more than 2 people, we recommend the apartment to families!There is little privacy.

I stayed with my family (2 adults and 2 children) at Silvia's house, excellent directions for check-in as soon as I booked she immediately sent me how to proceed... Once we arrived at her accommodation, absolute tranquility, zero noise... what can I say, everything perfect. She is a very good host... caring and attentive, excellent location also for visiting the aquarium. In short, I recommend a host like Silvia and her accommodation to everyone. Bye Silvia

Beautiful apartment, and a very helpful host. Due to the location being right down by the beach and restaurants, there will always be people loitering in front of the entrance door. This makes getting in and out kindof awkward, as you will have to ask people to move everytime. This is not Carolina's fault, it just has to do with the prime location. We would stay again.

Wow! What an amazing experience! Mario greeted us personally, walked us through the apartment, and showed us how everything worked. He even left us some goodies, which was such a thoughtful touch—especially after a long day of travel when we were so hungry. Waking up to the fresh ocean breeze on our faces and the sound of crashing waves was absolutely magical. The photos matched the listing perfectly, and the place was spotless! We cooked a lot during our stay and found the kitchen fully stocked with everything we needed. Mario is a truly wonderful host—warm, welcoming, and incredibly responsive. It's such a comfort when traveling to know you're in good hands.He even called a taxi for our early checkout, which was a big help. Highly recommend staying here—Mario really knows how to make you feel at home in his beautiful Airbnb.

The house is an absolute dream! We spent 1 wonderful week with our two Ridgeback ladies. The host is very hospitable and accommodating. A bottle of Prosecco was waiting for us at the reception, which we immediately enjoyed in the beautiful garden. The first dinner was also provided, as well as breakfast. The garden with the pool is simply fantastic. The two dogs also felt very comfortable and were able to play freely in the completely fenced garden. The house is very well maintained down to the smallest detail. Due to the seclusion and tranquility in the place, we were able to relax here. The small attentions of the host and the farewell gift rounded off our stay perfectly. Many thanks to Maria & Luca! Best regards, Fabian & Simone

Francesca and her kind family have created a once-in-a-lifetime, soul-grounding experience in this beautifully restored 14th-century hillside retreat in Portovenere. We loved every minute of our six-night stay. From the mind-blowing views and steep, invigorating hikes to romantic evenings sipping homemade, earthy concoctions thoughtfully left for us—it was pure magic. We were welcomed with fragrant bundles of fresh lemons, rosemary, sage, and thyme, a gesture that set the tone for the care and warmth we felt throughout. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making our rest as memorable as our adventures. We especially loved our daily rocky hike down to the charming village, and one day we even rented a dinghy to explore the surrounding islands—an unforgettable way to soak in the coastal beauty. This place is beyond gorgeous—truly a slice of heaven.

This was the perfect location in Cinque Terre for our family! The views from the balcony were incredible! We watched the sunset and enjoyed wine and snacks every night. Monica and Andrea were amazing and helpful with suggestions of things to do, places to eat, and helping us navigate our way to the apartment from the train station. Would definitely stay here again! Riomaggiore is the best place to stay in all of Cinque Terre in our opinion.
