The home consists of a private entrance, double bedroom, bathroom, kitchen equipped with kitchenette with balcony,upstairs there is an open space consisting of 1 sofa bed with 📺55 "TV, TVsat, Wi-Fi. A detached house built of stone and wood with a large living garden, located in the mountain area just 20 km from the Tyrrhenian coast and 30 km from the coastline. The house is 2 km from the town center where all the essential services are available, 12 km away is the shopping center "Dos Mari". Lamezia Terme Airport and Central Station are just 20 km away. The place is suitable for families or groups for relaxing stays surrounded by greenery.

Peace & Quiet Shelter

It is a wooden and stone chalet, the upper part is my accommodation, while the lower part (recently renovated) is all for guests: two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large and bright living room and a small kitchen, but very functional. The outdoor space is in common, but very large, you can safely park the car in total safety. There is also a veranda where you can eat or just relax. A few minutes by car there are tourist centers, lakes and trails.

Located among the vineyards of the Antiche Vigne Pironti wine cellar, the barrels are equipped with all the necessary comforts for a relaxing and unforgettable stay. During your romantic weekend in the vineyard, you can taste artisanal Italian wines and homemade chopping boards amidst the rows of vines, enjoying an exclusive wine and food weekend full of sensory experiences.
