Catia is a particularly thoughtful host. She lives in the same house on the ground floor and helps with advice and action. The apartment is exactly as in the photos.

I highly recommend many nice things to discover the location of the house to everything you need around supermarket pharmacy bakery in front of a very quiet beach. We had a very good time Giovanni's availability, always present!😊! Very comfortable and clean house as described.

Anna was a superb host who really went out her way to help us, show us around and make us feel a part of the family. The apartment was extremely well appointed and Anna had generously supplied snacks, breakfast items, bottled water. coffee pods and even beer. We were given tours of the town (Anna is a legendary driver) and got meet her lovely family. This was really a special experience and Pisticci has a great deal to offer. The apartment is ideally located in the centre of the old town. We also enjoyed meeting Antonio and their beautiful daughters. Highly recommended.

Karolina's apartment was completely new and tastefully furnished. It had all the comforts. The location of the apartment was also good: close to the old town and with sea views. Communication with Karoline was pleasant. Thank you for staying in your nice apartment, Karolina!

Basilicata is a beautiful region, full of charm. Barbara, our host, guided us in choosing the places to visit that went beyond the classic archaeological sites of which Magna Grecia is rich. This has allowed us to learn more about the Lucanian culture and we are very satisfied with it. The apartment is very clean (and I am a clean maniac) and equipped with all the comforts, made the stay even more pleasant. The presence of the large and well-maintained pool refreshed our afternoons returning from the sea in the hottest hours and then resuming our exits in the evening. We're very happy!

Very nice and clean place

What a wonderful home so close to the sea. The home was exactly as described and more: a very comfortable and spacious unit, great amenities, and very conveniently located for access to the beach. Domenica was an amazing host, from accommodating our late arrival, to thoughtfully providing extras for our children, and expertly communicating with us along the way, we immediately felt at home and well taken care of. I would come back and stay with Domenica in a heartbeat.

Grazia was very helpful and attentive to our needs. Apartment is spacious, clean and equipped with every comfort. The highlights are definitely the two bathrooms (there were 5 of us and we really appreciated it), the very spacious balcony equipped with a coffee table and chairs for dinner or lunch even outside, the bedrooms are spacious and the presence of two air conditioners (living area and sleeping area). It is also easy to get to and you can leave the car directly in front of the entrance. Highly recommended apartment!

Franco is a really exceptional host, he and his wife welcomed us very well and provided us with all the details of the house in a meticulous way. We spent a very pleasant week of relaxation, and their home is a small corner of paradise for those looking for peace and tranquility. We're already in the process of reorganizing another weekend with them.

Irene and Vittorio were discreet hosts, they left us full freedom of action and were always available to meet our requests (from laundry soap to kitchen pots). The linens (sheets and towels) were fragrant, and in the middle of the stay they were completely replaced. We were provided with extra pillows (new, under vacuum). The garden is very nice and ideal for children to play safely (we were also lent a swing from their grandchildren). The silence that allows you to hear the noise of the sea a few meters away is priceless. There are dishes of all kinds (plates, bowls, trays, glasses, ladles and cutlery in abundance). Very comfortable sink and clothesline area, double outdoor shower in the green, and with hot water, superlative. Fresh water in the refrigerator and a welcome cadeau upon arrival. We would have extended the stay but the house was already booked by other guests. We will definitely be back, 10 and praises the hosts.

I've only been in this place for a day, unfortunately. Extremely comfortable, large and spacious accommodation. Equipped with two very comfortable bathrooms. Very useful for parallelizing the classic morning operations. Large and well-stocked rooms. There are more air conditioners than doors😅. Even the kitchen is extremely well-stocked

The Villa is very well cared for, all rooms have their own private bathroom and the common areas are impeccable. Great dehors in the back where you can relax in the evening! Flavio was very quick and extremely helpful in responding to all our requests, always courteous and proactive! Thank you very much, we had a great vacation!

Perfect! The house is as pictured, infact,better!It's really hard to get a flaw. Kitchen equipped with all new appliances, including the bathroom. Very clean apartment with air conditioning and mosquito nets. Car parking is located below the house and from the terrace there is a beautiful view "sea and mountains". We thank Simone and Ralf for their hospitality,they are wonderful people and they made us feel at home. Super-recommended!

We had a great time. The apartment is very nice, surrounded by greenery, and in a great location to visit the area. You can park your car on the property. Sara and her mom are extremely kind and helpful.

Lucie's apartment is very nice and well maintained, it is equipped with everything from toilet paper to soap dishes to ball to play. Lucie is a very kind and helpful person and responds quickly to messages. Even check-in despite her absence was very simple because she had provided us with all the information in detail. The apartment is in a very quiet park, overlooking the sea, you almost always have to take the car but it is in a place where you can reach every destination quickly. Our experience has been really positive. Calabria is a wonderful land, enchanting places and good food, too bad it is not always well maintained and valued.

This apartment was very large and open and felt like home. So easy to walk to the beach, train station, old town and town center. Absolute perfect location for not having a car! The owner and property managers go above and beyond to help with anything you could possibly need. Incredibly responsive and friendly. Once you get there, you immediately feel at home. A project that goes beyond just renting apartments. Convenient location 10 minutes by car from the sea and the city center, a quiet place, a comfortable parking space.
