Monthly Rentals in Laghi di Percile

Very nice spacious, modern, elegant apartment. Everything is there for cooking and resting. The location is superb (in the middle of the village) and the shopkeepers are nice. We highly recommend it.

This AirBnB is one of my favorite! The location is fantastic with lots of great cafes and restaurants nearby. The apartment is charming and very comfortable and the main balcony is fabulous with views of the mountains and the main pedestrian street. I can’t wait to come back and stay here again!

My family and I stayed at the villa for 4 days. Maria Laura welcomed us by showing us the house and recommending places to visit during the stay. She was welcoming and immediately available for any request. The house is beautiful, equipped with every comfort, clean and well heated. From the garden you can admire Monte Terminillo in all its glory. The area is well sheltered and quiet, ideal for a relaxing vacation. We felt right at home and hope to be back soon.

The host was welcoming and helpful from the start. The house fully reflects the description given. Great location.
