This place was super cute and ideal for my stay. All of the hosts were wonderful and very responsive. I highly recommend Adam’s place for anyone coming to New Orleans!

The apartment was very easy to find. There was ample parking. The host is very responsive to any questions I had.

Everything was just as described. Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Parked on the street right in front of the entrance to the property. Uber was $15 ish dollars for a 10-15 min ride to Canal St. had a cute coffee shop around the corner and a few restaurants nearby on Magazine St. only suggestions are maybe a topper for the bed to make it not quite as firm and ceiling fan did not work but there was a tower fan available and the 2 window units worked just fine to keep us cool at night.

The stay here was great. The host was very friendly and timely with communication. Accessing the property was very simple and secure

We will gladly return to this property on future trips to New Orleans and recommend it without hesitation to any family/small group traveling to the area. The house is lovely, well furnished, comfortable, and located in a safe and convenient neighborhood with a short walk to Magazine Street and shops/dining. Come stay here!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was perfect for our week getaway. We loved the area and the apartment. We hope to have the chance to stay here again!

Minnette’s place was wonderful! Just as described! It is close to great shopping, bars and restaurants. It is right on Magazine St. which can be busy but we weren’t affected by noise at all. Easy to get around to all the fun things to do in New Orleans. We had a wonderful time. Minnette was also extremely quick to respond when we had questions.

We had a quick one-night stay here and it was great. This is a shotgun style home with only one bathroom, but our family of 7 slept comfortably. Adam was easy to communicate with, and this place is within walking distance of good restaurants, coffee shops, one of NOLA's original snow cone shops, etc.

Séjour de 4 nuits. L’appartement se situe à distance des flux touristiques dans un quartier paisible et sûr. C’est calme la nuit d’autant que les chambres ne sont pas sur rue. Le jour la rue s’anime et il est plaisant de faire un tour aussi bien chez les antiquaires que dans les friperies ou dans les boutiques plus branchées. Nous avons pu écouter de la musique live chez le disquaire « peaches records », manger des glaces succulentes à 20 mètres chez « Piccola gelateria «, aller chez le barbier voisin…enfin un supermarché Rouses se trouve à 300m à pieds. le stationnement gratuit dans les rues adjacentes a été facile. L’appartement est très bien décoré avec beaucoup de goût dans les chambres ce qui est très très agréable. La cuisine et les ustensiles nombreux permettent vraiment la préparation de repas. J’ai bien aimé la présence du filtre à eau. La literie est excellente et la propreté irréprochable. Bref ce logement est une pépite que je recommande vivement.

We were on a Family vacay~ 10th wedding anniversary celebration for my son & DIL, along with my 3 yr. old Granddaughter & myself!! David’s gorgeous 3 BR home was perfect for us!! We loved the comfy beds, that gave our Fam individual privacy, plus, quiet & relaxing sleep. The gourmet kitchen was wonderful! It was equipped with anything you’d need to prepare a huge meal or a simple snack. My son prepared us a scrumptious Seafood Boil & Beef Kabobs for 2 different dinner nights. Rouse’s grocery was very convenient. We loved being in a quiet & safe neighborhood, that was still nearby to do all the fun activities our Family planned & enjoyed! We had no issues finding a free~ St. park for our car, directly across from us. If you have any children, we’d recommend going to the NOLA Zoo’s Water Park & The City Park’s Story Land! My Granddaughter had so much fun at both!! We’d definitely love to stay here, again, our next NOLA Trip!!

This place is beautifully renovated and decorated! Walking distance to all the great restaurants, bars and shopping on Magazine Street. Private and safe with locked entrance into building. Loved that coffee and supplies were provided, and it was perfectly clean. It is located on a main road so could hear some cars passing at night but otherwise very quiet. No loud music or parties in the area while we were there. We will definitely book again on our next trip to NOLA!

We had a lovely stay at David's! The apartment was very clean and both the beds and space were relaxing and comfortable. It's in a fantastic, walkable location with shopping and great restaurants nearby and it was nice and quiet at night over the weekend. I highly recommend staying at David's and we will very likely be returning.

Great location in a quiet neighborhood, plentiful parking. Close to the main drag and major arteries to get around town, fast food or fine dining not too far away. Beds were comfortable. Kim’s check in/check out policy is pretty good, early in/late out, we had rain getting out but no problem with later checkout. The apartment was clean as a whistle when we arrived. Not a peep was heard from the neighbors. Resourceful kitchen space made breakfast prep easy. We had a couple household hiccups, but Kim handled them quickly and professionally. I’d definitely return on my next rip to Houma.

Charles was very friendly and always responded quickly. We went down south for a quick fishing trip and it was just what we need for a two night stay. We were very comfortable. We would stay again.

Mr Charles and Emma were so nice and very accommodating. very peaceful and quiet. If you love the bayou this is where you need to stay!!

I’m a local having work done on my house and Suzanne could not have been a friendlier host. The location was great for the price, especially. The space is classic shotgun New Orleans charm. She reached out ahead of time and responded to all of my messages quickly and efficiently… I really appreciated her flexibility with both check in and check out. It was a hot day and I was relieved that she’d turned the AC on earlier in the day so it was nice and cool. I found out later that the central air had gone out and she went out of her way to get window units urgently installed for my arrival! The central air was back on but I am grateful she didnt take the chance. The furnishings were just right and not cramped. Towels were super soft and the bed was extremely comfortable. Thanks Suzanne! Will definitely keep in mind when visitors are in town!
