A private boat dock with plenty of room for gathering, a 2 story deck and all the amenities - this is the perfect spot for a family and friend getaway. The house is close to a launch ramp and the long, flat driveway allows for easy access for boat trailers and lots of vehicles. All you need for a perfect lake vacation! The kitchen is very well- appointed for all your needs. Bedrooms have comfy mattresses with fresh sheets and towels for each bathroom. Spacious and secure 4 bedroom/3 bath home that has been setup to sleep a large group comfortably. Bring your ATV's as you can ride them from the property directly to the trails, no trailering required! Minutes to Royal Blue and Tackett Creek trail heads and Lake Norris boat ramp. Stop at the gas station to fill up and grab snacks and ice, have breakfast at the Diner, and then head to the trails. After a days ride stop for dinner in town. Quiet friendly neighborhood just .9 miles to ATV trails no trailering required, hiking, lakes Marina's with boat rentals, parks, close by elk viewing area. 1 hour drive to Knoxville airport, Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge, Kentucky Splash, Cumberland Falls. House is a 2 bdrm/2 bath/5 bed 1200 sgft home. Can sleep up to 7 people comfortably. After a day of riding the beautiful and challenging trails stop for dinner or enjoy the firepit and grilling at the home.

You will have the wonderful convenience of unloading your trailer & riding to the trails. We are located 4 minutes off exit 134. You can be at The Flats on Windrock in 30 minutes, The Eternal Flame on Windrock in about 45 minutes. Nemo Tunnel and Brushy Mountain Prison is about a 15 hour round trip. Royal Blue is conveniently less than 20 minutes. There you will find, The Top Of The World, Widow Maker, & many others. Travel about 20 minutes farther down Royal Blue to Tacket Creek.

Our lakefront property is conveniently located inside of the no wake zone in Deerfield Marina and our brand new dock is the perfect place to take a dip. We have a kayak, paddle board, and floating mat for your enjoyment, as well as a 2022 Harris Tritoon available for rent. Additionally, Deerfield Resorts has a golf coarse, pool, playground, volleyball and tennis court, and restaurant located in the marina.
