Welcome to our peaceful and family-friendly farmhouse cottage with 2 bedrooms 1.5 baths, located in a quiet private location just minutes away from interstate 75 Jellico exit and a short drive to many ATV trails like Royal Blue and others. For your convenience there is a circle drive easily accessible for those pulling trailers. We have lots of room to unload ATVS and trailer/ truck parking. We are located 42 miles to The University of Tennessee, and many other points of interest in Knoxville.

The Farmhouse

Relax with the whole family or bring your Atvs to enjoy our beautiful mountains, or your boat to enjoy our beautiful Norris Lake. All of this within a 2 miles access. Enjoy the view of the mountain foliage from the front porch with your coffee. This family friendly home is decorated with a warm southern style you will love. We have two bedrooms, one king and one queen. Fully furnished kitchen, one full bath, relaxing cozy living room, washer and dryer! We would love to share our home with you.

Make lasting memories at this peaceful home near Norris Lake. Only a mile from Anderson County Park, this house is the perfect spot for a weekend getaway or vacation with family/ friends. View the lake on the back deck or count the stars at night, enjoy the nearby park with a swimming beach, playground and picnic area, or launch your boat just minutes from the house for a day on the lake. Large backyard space with a fire pit. The open floor plan offers plenty of room for the whole family!

You will have the wonderful convenience of unloading your trailer & riding to the trails. We are located 4 minutes off exit 134. You can be at The Flats on Windrock in 30 minutes, The Eternal Flame on Windrock in about 45 minutes. Nemo Tunnel and Brushy Mountain Prison is about a 15 hour round trip. Royal Blue is conveniently less than 20 minutes. There you will find, The Top Of The World, Widow Maker, & many others. Travel about 20 minutes farther down Royal Blue to Tacket Creek.

Our outdoor living spaces are unmatched and with just a gentle slope down to the water, you can enjoy cornhole in the yard, floating in the water, roasting marshmallows in the firepit, or just relaxing on the covered deck. Inside, the house is equipped with everything you need to cook your favorite meal and rest your head after a day in the sun! Park your boat in the covered boat slip and tie up another on the outside without worry as we are in a quiet cove without any traffic.

Newly renovated, this 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is family-friendly. Sleeps up to 12. Near marinas. Kitchen is fully equipped to make gourmet meals. Home has many nice extras. Great outdoor living space with a screened-in back deck, firepit, and 3-tiers of decking leading to our floating dock with slip, kayaks, life jackets, floating Lilly pad.

Please come enjoy our home which we call the bunkhouse. We offer plenty of parking and private areas for all to enjoy. This home has a king over king bunk bed with its own full size bathroom in one room. The second room has a king size bed also with a full size bathroom. The couch in the living room turns into a bed also. Our kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need . You can ride your sxs from our property to numerous trails.

Mountian Side Home

The home backs the Appalachia Trail Mountain Range. There is county authorized, public road access for ATVs (All Terrain Vehicles) to the Wind Rock ATV Park and the City of Rocky Top, TN. (windrockpark.com) The home is close to the interstate. Norris Dam, Norris Lake access and Norris Dam State park are less than a 10 minute drive. Many other local attractions. This is a nice, private getaway.
