My husband and I celebrated our anniversary in New Orleans, and we had a wonderful stay. We absolutely love the area — after our first day, we decided to explore locally and enjoyed all the fantastic bars and restaurants within walking distance. The neighborhood has such a vibrant and lively atmosphere, making it the perfect place to immerse ourselves in the NOLA experience. One thing to note is that, due to the popularity of the area and its many great dining options, parking near the AirBnB was challenging. We usually parked a few blocks away, which wasn't a big issue for us, but I thought it was worth mentioning for future guests. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy the charm and excitement of New Orleans!

This was our first experience renting an Airbnb, so we weren't sure what to expect. Ray's place was amazing! It was very inviting and cozy. We're used to hotels - you know, the kind where doors are slammed, you got kids running up and down the halls screaming and it's impossible to sleep in. That was not an issue at Ray's. The neighborhood was very diverse and quiet, and sleeping in a little wasn't an issue. When we were looking for recommendations for food, he sent over a list and when we left some items behind, he kindly called and let us know. We can't wait to visit NoLa again and if available, rent Ray's place! Our only concern is that we're gonna be let down at any future Airbnb's because our experience with Ray was just that good! Do yourself and book with him! And if you do, tell him we sent you!

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, making check-in and check-out smooth and hassle-free. The location was perfect—quiet but still close to everything I needed. The little touches like fresh towels, a well-equipped kitchen, and fast Wi-Fi made the stay even better. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

I don't often stay in Airbnbs, but this home in the Garden District of New Orleans has absolutely raised the bar. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that the host had thoughtfully curated every aspect of the experience. The home was not only spotless and beautifully appointed, but it included every extra I could have possibly needed—and then some. Dre has clearly thought of everything. There was a well-organized binder packed with local recommendations, complimentary water and snacks , and a level of hospitality that rivaled the best hotels. The host was warm, incredibly responsive, and clearly committed to making guests feel welcome and at ease. It’s rare to find a place that blends the comforts of home with the polish of a boutique stay, but this one absolutely nailed it. A true standout. I wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Loved our stay! Very clean, beautiful decor, accommodating entertainment inside, pool area private and relaxing, nice sitting porch. Hosts, very responsive and willing to help in any way. They went above and beyond with providing toiletries, linens, enviornmental comforts ect!

Very family friendly Airbnb. We had three littles traveling with six adults, and there was plenty of space for all. Lots of delicious restaurants, nearby and very centralized location to everything that we wanted to do.

We enjoyed our stay at Susan’s while visiting New Orleans. Our original Airbnb cancelled on us last minute due to an unforeseen emergency. This ended up being a blessing in disguise as this location was 10x better. My family consists of myself, my husband, and our three kids ranging from ages 13, 16, and 8. Each of our kids were able to have their own room and we all loved the New Orleans architecture style of the home. There was enough space for everyone plus more if you have more than 5. The bathrooms were all stocked with tissue, hand soap, makeup wipes, tons of towels and wash cloths, body wash and super clean. The kitchen had an appropriate amount of cooking supplies and even had plastic ware and foil if needed. The kitchen was beautifully designed as well as the rest of the home. There were two smart tv’s inside the home with two living room spaces. The main bedroom is downstairs and the rest are upstairs, the parking was plentiful and coffee and restar. were walkable.

Great Air Bnb. It was my first time in New Orleans and being located in Uptown was perfect. The home is exactly like the pictures, whenever I visit again I would definitely love to stay here again.

Would stay again! Steven was very helpful with instructions on check in, and we were able to store our bags early and after check out since we had a later flight. Could walk literally everywhere you would want from here! (We truly did) Everything was clean, and though we didn’t use all the amenities, they are nice to have. Neighborhood felt safe, even being directly across from the highway, we never felt uncomfortable walking around, even at night. There’s a restaurant across the st but we didn’t end up checking it out as we had other places in mind. It did get a bit noisy at times due to traffic/construction etc but that didn’t bother us too much, just keep in mind if you are looking for complete silence from the elements around you! Overall wonderful stay and would happily rent again!

Eric is a fabulous host!!! He was so helpful and so good to us! We had a wonderful stay and actually wish we could have stayed longer. I definitely recommend this place and I would absolutely stay again!

The place was amazing!! I got married in New Orleans and stayed here and we arrived with a beautiful card and a little present from the host! The host was so responsive and personable definitely one of the best Airbnb stays I have had and was a huge part of our special weekend!

the booklet of local things to do and see was very appreciated. the only things I would change is the cleanliness of the kitchen drawers and the outlets were a little concerning. the location was safe and the area was quite. we would definitely stay again

David checked in everyday to make sure everything was great..his cute place is “squeaky clean”, I’m kinda compulsive so I notice that stuff! I especially appreciated the washer/dryer in unit since I had another stop before heading home. Kitchen well stocked, linens fluffy, bed comfy. Would stay here again! Be sure to check out the taco joint up the street..sooo good!

I recently stayed at Erin’s 's apartment and had a fantastic experience. The place was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and attractions within few min of driving distance. Erin’s was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the process. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a convenient, comfortable, and stylish stay. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Everything met our needs. The location was advertised as 10 minute drive to French Quarter. It’s 1.4 miles. Which is much closer that I imagined. Quiet area after a long night in the Quarter.

Highly recommend for any trip to NOLA. Walkable to the French Quarter and quiet at night. Very clean inside, beautiful decorations, nice appliances, and comfy beds. Would stay again!

Michael was a great host, responded to small matters that came up promptly and was flexible with our flight schedules and provided lots of recommendations and had clear instructions and access to property was flawless. We stayed for 10 days and the space became our home. Perfect spot for a small family or two couples. Nice backyard patio space, kitchen amenities for cooking, etc. Grocery store a few blocks away. Just off start of Frenchmen, so close to local jazz and just a short walk to the Quarter. We bussed and took trolleys quite a bit also to venture out with stops just blocks or so from front door. Michael communicated well and we look forward to our next trip, hopefully Michael’s space will be available, would definitely stay again. The neighborhood area is laid back and we never felt unsafe, but it’s New Orleans, and you gotta step outside your comfort zone to truly enjoy the local vibe and this spot gave us that opportunity.

A perfectly appointed, spotless, HUGE apartment located steps away from the French Quarter. Safe and secure. Street noise at night so if you need perfectly quiet to sleep, that could be an issue but with earplugs, it was okay for us! Would stay and reccomend to anyone.
